With the rapid development of China's basic communication business and communication technology in China,mobile phone functions are increasingly diversified,mobile phone charges are continuously reduced,and the number of mobile phone users is increasing.In 2019,China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom,the three basic telecommunications companies,have a total of 1.6 billion mobile phone users,which provides a great material basis for telephone marketing.Because of its convenient,fast,efficient,economic,and low threshold,telephone marketing has become an important means for modern enterprises to conduct business promotion and contact customers.This article takes the basic current situation of telemarketing of Jiangxi Yuanbo Communication Co.,Ltd.as an example,and analyzes the existing problems of Jiangxi Yuanbo Communication Co.,Ltd.through investigation and analysis.The marketing team is generally young and lacks work experience;employees have a high demand for business training;employees feel that they are under pressure from work;scheduling problems are prominent;employees have multiple performance reviews and their salaries are generally not high;career promotion channels are too long and most employees feel promoted Hard to wait.In customer relationship management,there are frequent sales and customer recognition is not high;customer data management is inadequate,and some customers are repeatedly marketed;the contact method with customers is single,not keeping up with the development of the times;market needs are not fully considered,and market segmentation Based on simple and other issues,through analyzing the problem,find out the reason for its existence,and propose corresponding improvement strategies to provide a basis for telemarketing decisions.
