In twenty-first Century,mankind has entered the era of knowledge management,knowledge has become the economic resource development and strategic management of the main management means.Enterprises pay more and more attention to knowledge management strategy,according to the related data shows,the world 500 strong enterprises have established more than half the knowledge management system.Knowledge and talent management belong to enterprise knowledge management a substantive management content.The enterprise of knowledge talent is the "tacit knowledge" gradually into explicit knowledge and,ultimately,for the enterprise and society share.Knowledge-based enterprise based on knowledge as the main investment main body,knowledge of the investment,knowledge spread,knowledge innovation as the purpose of social and economic organization.Make personnel in enterprise activities reflect the personal knowledge to the transformation of organization,which also makes the knowledge talented person's personal knowledge in the organization of economic activity enlargement,eventually help people to play to the function.which can deeply feel in the knowledge economic continuous innovation and speed change environment,enterprise knowledge talent management in enterprise's function and the importance of the role.Enterprise can be the winner of the market competition if they make reasonable talent strategy of absorbing,developing and inspiring.Our country attaches great importance to human resources strategic distribution,the enterprise can make effective competitive advantage employing plan to change and solid their future development way is particularly important.Enterprises to achieve economic resource sustainable development strategy,we must first strengthen the talent team construction,well talent planning.The competition between the enterprises is the competition of the knowledge-type employees,and the knowledge staff also will eventually become the core competition of enterprises.Based on enterprise knowledge talent management system are analyzed,and their L group company to establish model case study.Based on the definition of enterprise knowledge talent expounds,on the basis of the domestic and international relevant research results as the research basis and starting point,to the characteristics of knowledge talent and not and the knowledge talented person's difference,the present situation of the talents at home and abroad and China's talent structure were analyzed,and the development of knowledge talent management in detail;Secondly,for the enterprise knowledge talent management system present situation and features of the detailed exposition and analysis of enterprise internal knowledge-based personnel working way to illustrate,and enterprise knowledge talent management in problems on classification,analyzes the enterprise internal working environment and external social environment for the influence of knowledge-based enterprise talents;Finally,the establishment of enterprise knowledge talent management concept model,and puts forward some evaluation index system,construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and with the typical knowledge-based enterprise L design institute staff as an example,the employees' comprehensive ability evaluation factors questionnaire survey method,from L design institute target of talent strategy,the L design institute is closely related to the development of knowledge talent team of supply and demand is analyzed and points out that the enterprise talent management are the main,from the perspective of positivism prove the feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through the various indexes and comprehensive analysis of the knowledge-type employees evaluation.Finally the enterprise knowledge staff incentive mechanism existing problems and incentive factors on the basis of analysis of the practical experience at home and abroad for reference,establish suitable for enterprise knowledge staff management mechanism.
