The development of low-carbon economic set a higher requirement to building energy-saving of Chinese. Effectively controlling energy status of the real estate construction industry, particularly doing related research of energy-saving of civil building which accounts for the largest proportion of the total construction, will be beneficial to the low-carbon economic development of our country and the successful completion of the goals of the building energy-saving.Responding to the national requirement, the energy-saving work of Zhengzhou civil building takes a certain amount of building energy-saving measures. In order to understand the situation of energy conservation of Zhengzhou city and make decision to the various jobs, the thesis will aim at the characteristics for the civil building of Zhengzhou, and take using phase of civil building as the starting point, and by means of market investigation, to introduce soft-targets to the system of energy-saving index for the first time. On this basis of these works, the evaluation model of the energy-saving status of the civil building is established by adopting scientific evaluation method, and is comprehensibility evaluated and analyzed. Last we achieve some useful conclusions.The thesis will be put into practice as followings:First, the research background and significance, and the related research and review of domestic and foreign, and the research purpose and content, and the research methods and techniques routes are introduced. The innovative points of the thesis are concluded.Then, taking the energy-saving status of civil building in Zhengzhou as the research object and through market research, the status of civil building on energy-saving in Zhengzhou is analyzed. The civil building energy-saving issues of Zhengzhou are discussed.On this basis of this, we collect the date of building energy-saving, and define the comprehensive evaluation system structure of civil building energy-saving. After breaking the target, comprehensive evaluation system of civil building energy-saving in Zhengzhou is established. By the comparison of some methods of determining weight and evaluation methods, we select analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to do energy-saving evaluation for civil building in Zhengzhou,meanwhile take judgments to the evaluation results through attribute recognition.Last, we make an empirical analysis. We select civil building of A region of Guancheng in zhengzhou as the object of empirical analysis, and get that the energy-saving effect of civil building of this region is general. The suggestions and measures for strengthening energy conservation of A region are proposed, for example enhance urban planning and management, develop energy saving technology, make propaganda of energy-saving and incentive policy. Finally, research findings were summarized and the issues of further study were also expected.The thesis of research work for the comprehensive energy-saving assessment of civil building in Zhengzhou has guiding significance for carrying out energy-saving assessment of civil building of other areas. the theoretical basis and decision support are provide for home buyers, real estate, government and the market environment, social environment. The research work has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
