By ignoring the dynamic evolution of the system and technology constantly, so there are limitations in both theoretical aspects of the economic mechanism to explain the development of two industry linkage, and in answer to the following question appeared to be inadequate:The development of the logistics industry in the manufacturing sector has a significant role in promoting? Why the current empirical conclusion is not consistent? Between variable linear tests, which is able to fully reflect the conclusions of two industry linkage development of "dynamic characteristics" ? What are the reasons for the existence of two industry linkage development level difference is? How unified mathematical model to describe the intrinsic economic mechanism and to demonstrate both industry linkage development?Discussion and answer to the theoretical question is vital to understandthe systematized and dynamic development in our country now.We canformulateeconomics appropriatelythrough strategy and policy to pomoteand transformate the industrial linkage.To answer these questions, this paper based on existing mutual promotionof both directions logistics and manufacturing, proved mutually reinforcing effect of two industry dynamics; and further from the institutional trading efficiency(open), the technical efficiency of the transaction(transport infrastructure facilities), dynamic adjustment mechanism of the logistics industry to promote the economic development of the manufacturing sector for the interpretation and argumentation. We find that:⑴Integrated logistics service provideris microeconomic main bodyto implementate two industry linkage behavior and the product of division of labor economy. Based on trading service broker model, we have proved the cause of the emergence of integrated logistics service providers, and demonstrated an integrated logistics service providers to achieve specialization in critical condition transaction efficiency, described the development of the logistics industry to promote the manufacturing of dynamic characteristics.The research conclusions defined the boundaries between manufacturing of logistics services and integrated logistics services, which have deeper understanding on two industry linkage with the enterprise organization change and the dynamic development.⑵The economic mechanism of logistics industry to promote the development of manufacturing industry is that the deepening of division of labor leads to gradually improving labor productivity of logistics industry, and to promote the process of dynamic development of manufacturing industry. In view of the past, there are controversial between the results of the logistics industry to promote the development of manufacturing industry. Based on the related literature foundation, through the improvement of transaction services intermediary model, we explore micro economic system and dynamically to promote the development of manufacturing industry the logistics industry through the structural change of nonlinear.We have a empirical test of related proposition of theory research through the panel threshold model. Theory and empirical test of logistics industry and manufacturing industry development in the nonlinear interaction have a foundation for the development of phase suitability policy provides theoretical and quantitative.⑶Economic mechanism of manufacturing to promote development of the logistics industry is the logistics facilities and equipment manufacturing industry to promote the production efficiency of the logistics industry. The theoretical analysis is supported by empirical analysis.This conclusion provides empirical data support for the development of quantitative determination of the current promotion stage, for the formulation of the development strategy and the suitability of the development and policy.⑷System efficiency and technical efficiency nonlinearity promote the logistics industry in the manufacturing sector. The nonlinear and dynamic technology and transaction efficiency have the positive regulation feedback mechanism to the relationship. Nonlinear and positive feedback relationship between manufacturing industry, logistics industry and trade efficiency is the theoretical analysis framework in the two industry linkage. The theoretical results are helpful to research the cause and effect relationship of the joint development of the two industries.It is also useful to standard the factors of the two industry linkage mechanism and factors of economic impact of macro picture clarity.In summary, through institutional trading efficiency, technical trading efficiency for two industry linkage development of economic regulation mechanism of investigation, we found that both the development of the logistics industry to promote the manufacturing or logistics industry to promote the development of the manufacturing industry, and its role in promoting the role of both exhibit dynamic and "stage suitability", which is the existence of differences in the level of linkage development of the two reasons for the industry. Thus, the evolution of systems and technologies are ignored, alone talk about economic development for the remainder of the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics industry, the starting point of its research and conclusions may have been questionable. Therefore, to clarify the different stages of the development of linkage development of the industry depends on two systems and technical environment, scientific understanding of the transaction between the efficiency, logistics and manufacturing economic mechanism, isfundamental way that we can effectively improve the level of linkage development of the two industries.
