Analysis On Problems And Countermeasures In Land Expropriation And Housing Demolition

Land expropriation and housing demolition is able to ensure project processed successfully and enhance local economic development.It is a basic unavoidable task in rural integration and affecting the livelihood projects and presenting governance ability.The complexity of land expropriation and housing demolition determines that solution to the problem in resettlement can not depend on the high pressure of administrative policy,but must make use related laws and rules,setting up fair and objective levy policies.By drawing up reasonable policies,enforcing the laws correctly,to show the fairness,validity,transparency,and timing in resettlement in land expropriation will decrease the confrontation and express the characteristic of "human-oriented”.This article studies the land expropriation and housing demolition work in the economic special zone of Jilin city and Liaoyuan city by face-to-face interview,analyzing questionnaires.From these studies,readers are able to fully understand the current situation of the land expropriation and housing demolition,learn from lessons that arise by using related public management theories,check out the special problems,analyze deeply the reasons of these problems,and give reasonable solutions.The objective of this article is to give useful reference for the land expropriation and housing demolition in different areas in the new era.
