In modern enterprise management,the human resources department has transformed from a traditional affairs management department into a strategic department based on the changes of management model.At the same time,in the highly competitive market environment,corporate managers are increasingly aware of the importance of talents.Therefore,the talents in the enterprise have gradually evolved into the core competitiveness of the enterprise,showing an important strategic position,and talent management in companies has also become an important direction for exploration from now and for a long time in the future.Based on corporate development and strategic needs,the private enterprises are gradually having a formalized modern business model and they also began to re-examine the existing organizational structure and internal human resources management.Behind this major transformation,operators began to re-examine the existing organizational structure,internal talent management and other factors surrounding the "people".At present,many private companies are faced with problems such as different standards for selecting talents,lack of key talents and unclear talent development mechanisms.At the same time,because the quantity and quality of talents cannot match the needs of the rapid development of enterprises,the issue of talent management has become a challenge for private companies.The research on talent management is based on the premise of solving the shortage of talents and improving the quality of the enterprises,and the research object is more on the basis of the talents within the enterprise.The research object is more to make talents play more roles in the enterprise through the development of talent management.Therefore,how to adopt a method suitable to the enterprise for talent management and build a sound talent management system is a problem that the private enterprise has to solve for a long period of time,and it is related to the sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper takes A company as an example,based on the enterprise development strategy,analyzing the key capability model to realize the talent management of the enterprise through the talent management of key positions,then achieve the overall talent management and perfect talent management.The implementation of internal talent management in enterprises is conducive to improving the internal quality of talents,preventing and controlling the loss of talents,providing necessary personnel protection for the development and further achieving the healthy and steady development.At the same time,it is hoped that this research can provide some inspiration for the construction of the talent management system and play a role in promoting the healthy development in the industry.
