Study. Chjt Human Capital Investment Strategy

In the era knowledge economy, Human capital based on knowledge and technical ability replaced material capital in the effect of economic growth, it becomes the powerhouse of economic growth. The keystone of core competitiveness in one enterprise, one should switch management concept, adopt the trend of knowledge economy, enhance human capital management, improve the competitiveness of the company. This paper is based on the relative theory of human capital, analyze and study the company human capital investment status and the circumstance of human capital investment in CHJT. Introducing the basic theory of human capital and human capital investment, analyze the characteristic of enterprise human capital investment and the status quo of Chinese enterprise human capital investment, examine the advantage of human capital investment in CHJT, by using SWOT analytic technique, studying CHJT's existing problems both from internal factor and external environment, bring forward the main strategy of CHJT human capital investment management.Firstly, this paper introduced the concept of human capital and human capital investment, analyze the specialty of human capital and human capital investment along with the approach that human capital arise from, explaining the positive influence from human capital to social economic growth.The second part of this paper summarized the character of human capital investment, especially emphasize the difference between enterprise group and ordinarily company over human capital investment, analysis the Chinese human capital investment situation from the microscope, pointing out company should recognize human capital science, invest and use it rationally, strive to achieve human capital increment.The third part of this paper examined the human capital investment status quo in changhong, and studies the future human capital investment strategy for CHJTAs a diversified state-owned enterprise, CHJT has definite advantage over human capital , but due to defects of the regulation as SOE and management ability, there is a gap between CHJT and modern company among human capital management .Combining CHJT actual situation, this paper bring forward the main human capital investment strategy for diversified enterprises such as CHJT in the aspect of property right problem solving, group-level human capital investment integration and co-ordination, establishing human capital investment evaluation system for CHJT and more efficiently use current human capital.
