Research On Risk Management Of Shandong Telecom Wireless Network Construction Project

On the basis of extensive coverage,Shandong Telecom has launched a new phase of wireless network construction project to better enhance its own competitive strength.However,due to the previous network construction process of Shandong Telecom,some risk management problems,such as delays in the construction period,construction quality,etc.,have brought a certain impact on the smooth development of the project.How to better manage the risk,ensure the smooth construction of the project,reduce the potential loss of the project,of great significance to Shandong Telecom.This paper first expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and the contents and methods of the research.The connotation and classification of risk,project risk management overview,project risk management measures,etc.are summarized and summarized to provide theoretical guidance for the research of this paper.Based on the research ideas of risk identification,evaluation and control,this paper identifies the risks of the Shandong Telecom wireless network construction project.Through the basic situation of the project and the project impact factors,the risk impact factors are classified according to the actual situation of the project.This paper identifies risks from six aspects:economy,design,technology,construction,management,society and environment.In view of the above risk factors,this paper introduces the AHP method to evaluate the risk level and level of the project.This paper provides the basis for the risk control measures.In the analysis of the evaluation results,the article puts forward the targeted wind control measures for the above six types of risks in order to improve the risk management level of Shandong Telecom's wireless network construction.This paper introduces analytic hierarchy process into the risk management of Shandong telecom wireless network construction project,provides suggestions for Shandong Telecom to strengthen the risk management of wireless network construction project,and also provides reference for similar project risk management.
