Research On The Countermeasures Of Urban Shared Bicycle Development From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Sharing bicycle is a very important form of shared economy.As a new type of urban transportation,it has the advantages of green,environmental protection,health and maneuverability.However,while sharing bicycles brings convenience to our daily lives and achieves certain economic benefits,there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently,for example,the phenomenon of shared bicycle“privatization”is serious,intentional damage to shared bicycles,disorderly parking affects the city's appearance,capital inrush,resource waste,security issues occur frequently,APP system instability affects use,etc,we have to recognize that sharing bike development has a long way to go.This article uses literature research method,comparative research method and normative research method.This article takes Wenzhou City as an example,using the theory of shared economy and public governance,combined with the actual operation of shared bicycles in Wenzhou.This article analyzes the development history of Wenzhou sharing bicycles?operation status and problems in the development of shared bicycles in Wenzhou from the perspective of public governance systematically and comprehensively.From analysis,this article inferred the main reasons for the current problems of shared bicycles in Wenzhou are the following points: the national comprehensive quality is not high,the intelligent technology is not fully mature,the enterprises are disorderly competition,the government management ability is weak,and the business management is not good.Therefore,from the perspective of public governance,it is widely proposed that urban shared bicycles should strengthen management,operation and supervision from the government level,enterprise level and user level to promote the countermeasures for the healthy and rapid development ofbicycle sharing in cities.
