Study On The Optimization Of Linfen's Industrial Structure Under Low Carbon Economy

Global warming and energy security have become the focus of attention in today's society.All countries and people all over the world are working hard to find ways and measures to solve the problem of global warming and energy security.The emergence of low carbon economy,as the emergence of a green economy,is aimed at promoting the unified and coordinated development of resources,environment and economy.The effective way to solve the global warming and energy security problems of the world is through the development of a low carbon economy.Through the development of low carbon economy,to achieve the common development of economic,social and ecological environment.The adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is an important way to develop low carbon economy.With the different industrial structure,the low-carbon economy will also develop differently.Therefore,the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure has become an important field of low carbon economy.Linfen is currently in an important period of economic transformation and development.The emergence of the concept of low carbon economy has great significance for promoting industrial transformation and economic development of Linfen.Linfen city as a resource of city of Shanxi Province,has an important status in Shanxi Province,taking 17 counties of Linfen city as the research object,through the study of the relationship between low-carbon economy and industrial structure as the theoretical basis,using the related data of the economic development of Linfen City,using the spatial analysis method,principal component analysis method and statistics method,starting from the perspective of a low carbon economy,analyzes and studies the optimization of the industrial structure of Linfen city.Research shows that,first,in terms of energy consumption carbon emissions,Linfen city consumes the most serious area mainly concentrated in the Barry Fen River economic belt,Linfen city scale enterprises most located in Hongdong County,the second ismainly distributed in the Yaodu District,Xiangfen County,Yicheng County,most of them for industrial enterprises,so Linfen Barry Fen River Economic Belt of the energy consumption is the most serious.Second,using principal component analysis method,selects 9 evaluation index system to evaluate the 17 counties of Linfen city industrial development,on the basis of the principle of building index system and natural geographic regionalization of Linfen City,will be 17 counties of Linfen city are divided into three major areas: the level of industrial development level is higher District,including Yaodu District,Hongdong County,Huozhou City,Quwo County,Houma city and Xiangfen county that Barry Fen River Economic Zone;industry level of Development Zone,including Yicheng County,county,Anze county and Fushan County,namely the Fen River East Wing Taiyue economic zone;industry development level is low,Xiangning County,including Ji County,Daning County,Yonghe County,Xi county,Pu county and Fenxi County,the West Wing of the economic belt along the Yellow River fen.Third,according to the analysis of the current situation of Linfen city industry problems,based on the low carbon economy,put forward Linfen City Industrial Development Optimization Model:(1)Modern Agricultural Development Zone in the east wing of Fenhe River,Fushan County,Anze County,the ancient county and Yicheng County as the center,focus on supporting the development of high-quality small grains,Dongshan green vegetables industry.Vigorously support the grain planting industry,adhere to the concept of scale and intensive development,pay attention to the scale effect and improve the utilization of land.(2)the West Wing features of farming areas in Xiangning County,Ji County,Daning County,Yonghe County,Xi county,Pu county and Fenxi County,vigorously develop the fruit growing industry in the area of xishan.Through innovation,along with the agricultural characteristics of planting mode of development,to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of agriculture in the city.(3)the Baili Fenhe economic belt,centered on the central area of Yaodu,the North China industrial transformation demonstration center with Huozhou as the center and the southern modern industrial development area centered on Houma Quwo.The construction of the tourist traffic network of the Baili River economic belt has formed the pattern of the Fen River as the axis,the links of each point,the vertical through and the East and the West.Accelerate the integration of radiation Barry Fen River and West wings of the "the Yellow River Golden Triangle" economic circle,strengthening the Linfen hub in Jinnan city group.Fourth,based on the current industry status and the development model of Linfen,this paper puts forward three countermeasures.First,speed up the transformation of the way of agricultural development.Two,speed up the transformationand upgrading of industries and develop new industries.Three,vigorously develop the service industry and improve the competitiveness of the industry.As a resource-based city in Shanxi Province,Linfen must firmly establish the overall benefit view which combines the overall economic benefits,social benefits and ecological environmental benefits,and change the traditional "231" mode,so as to move towards the new mode of "321".
