The Research About The Incentive Mechanism For Participating Social Endowment Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Fuzhou

Social pension insurance for urban and rural residents is an important part of China's social security chain,it has far-reaching impact on ensuring fairness in the system and maintaining the basic life of the residents.It has great practical significance for maintaining social equity and maintaining social harmony.Although the social endowmentinsurance for city and countryside residents has been greatly promoted in recent years,people have not shown their enthusiasm for participating in the social endowment insurance for city and countryside residents.The incentive mechanism for social endowment insurance for city and countryside residents is to comprehensively apply various systems,policies and action measures to improve the enthusiasm of residents to participate in insurance,it can promote the development of social pension insurance for urban and rural residents to a higher level.In-depth study of the incentive mechanism for social endowmentinsurance for urban and rural residents in Fuzhou City has great practical significance for stimulating people's enthusiasm for participation in insurance,strengthening the promotion for city and countryside residents'protection,it is of great practical value to promote the future development of social pension insurance for urban and rural residents to a higher level.Based on the relevant literature and theory at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the related concepts of social endowment insurance and incentive mechanism for urban and rural residents based on the theory of state intervention,public product theory and demand hierarchy,and clarifies the specific situation on social endowment assurance for city and countryside residents in Fuzhou.As well as the status quo of the insurance incentive mechanism,and comprehensively use interview survey method,questionnaire survey method,functional analysis.method,structural analysis.method and other methods to deeply study the problems existing in the social endowment insurance incentive mechanism of urban and rural residents in Fuzhou,including the issue of insured favorable policies,the convenience of participating in the insurance,the problem of maintaining and increasing the assets of the endowment insurance fund,and the problems of connecting with other pension insurance.Mainly from the insured favorable policies,the follow-up utilization of the insured funds and the social security system connection,analyze the causes of the social endowment insurance participation incentive mechanism for city and countryside residents,including the lag of the insured favorable policies,the lack of financial investment at the grassroots level,the backward management of Chinese endowment insurance funds,and the uneven development of different old people assurance types;on the basis of in-depth research,from the aspects of enhancing the attractiveness of the insured favorable policies,opening up new door for maintaining and increasing the assets of the insured funds and improving the connection with other endowment insurance,the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism for urban and rural residents in Fuzhou.
