Research On The Improvement Of Production Management In ZH Pharmaceutical Workshop

At the beginning of the 20th century,American enterprises initiated the production line standard operation and mechanized large-scale production,which greatly improved the production efficiency of enterprises.Since then,production management has been studied as a science.In the mid-20th century,European and American enterprises began to introduce ERP system to manage the whole production process of enterprises,and the production efficiency has been significantly improved.At the same time,Japanese enterprises carry out lean production(LP)/just-in-time production(JIT)in the process of enterprise production management,which makes the production efficiency of Japanese enterprises significantly exceed that of similar enterprises in the United States.Since the 21st century,with the development of Internet information,production management has become more complex.Enterprises have integrated the vertical management of ERP with the horizontal management of JIT,and closely integrated production technology,process steps,process control and management software.Enterprises and automation companies work together to develop production management software to meet the needs of enterprises.It helps enterprises to improve production efficiency,brand and competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.In this paper,ZH pharmaceutical production workshop management improvement as the object of study,(1)How to improve the process and method of conversion,shorten the conversion time,improve product quality.(2)How to improve the timeliness and intellectualization of production process management by introducing intelligent manufacturing technology and methods.Provide basis for production management for Biopharmaceutical Enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the existing production management modes of pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of production management in ZH pharmaceutical workshop,and puts forward the improvement design scheme of production management:(1)shortening the time of changing production:putting into use of disposable use system(SUS);(2)improving the production environment:filling aseptic isolator The application of(3)MES system.The research results show that the plan of production management in Pharmaceutical Workshop is feasible and effective.At the same time,the quality of drug production is also guaranteed.
