Research On Improvement Of Performance Assessment Of Jiangxi Telecom LTE Equipment Project

With the vigorous development of 4G technology,the communications industry is ushering in a new round of development opportunities.2015 is the key year for Jiangxi Telecom to stride forward the new step of market-oriented transformation.It is based on the "year of deepening reform".Under such a background,this paper takes the LTE equipment project of Jiangxi Telecom as the research object and combines the related theory of project management.In order to make the enterprise sustainable development,through the organic combination of theory and practice,this paper studies the performance management of Jiangxi Telecom LTE equipment project managers and its improvement.Combining with the actual situation of Jiangxi Telecom,this paper analyzes the existing LTE equipment project as an example,mainly from the project overview,personnel structure,delivery mode and other aspects of the lack of incentive policies for employees,and the need to improve the project assessment system,through incentives and other means to optimize the performance appraisal methods.The management and cost control of a project management personnel can effectively improve the quality of the company's staff and the management and evaluation of the project,thereby improving the overall efficiency of Jiangxi Telecom,innovating the operation and commercial dual mode,and realizing the new situation of the company's market-oriented sustainable and healthy development strategic objectives.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which puts forward the background and significance of the topic selection,as well as the basic ideas and methods of the full text.Then in the second part of the related theory is described,mainly elaborated the basic concept and meaning of the project,the definition and characteristics of project management,performance management and other related theories,as well as the characteristics of the performance appraisal of telecommunications projects and other content.Then the third part introduces the current situation of LTE telecom equipment project performance appraisal in Jiangxi.The general situation of Jiangxi Telecom LTE equipment project,project performance evaluation index system,evaluation methods,wage calculation,existing problems and their causes were systematically and comprehensively studied.Then in the fourth part,the improvement plan of Jiangxi Telecom LTE equipment project performance evaluation is put forward.This paper mainly introduces the guiding ideology and principles of the performance appraisal improvement scheme of Jiangxi Telecom LTE equipment project,the contents of the improvement scheme,and the feedback and interview of the project performance appraisal results.The fifth part is the implementation of the Jiangxi Telecom LTE equipment project performance appraisal improvement plan.This paper first analyzes the management process of the project performance improvement scheme,and then introduces the concrete measures of the implementation of the performance evaluation improvement scheme from four aspects: personnel security,system security,organizational security and cultural construction.Finally,the sixth part summarizes the full text,draws conclusions and prospects.
