Innovation and development are eternal topics.The life cycle of products is becoming shorter and shorter,and companies need to continuously introduce new products.This has led to higher and higher requirements for corporate R&D management.Product R&D has become the focus of corporate competition.The overall level of R&D management of Chinese companies is not high,and it is urgent to implement R&D project management changes in accordance with the actual situation of the company,to rapidly increase R&D capabilities under limited resources,to significantly shorten the development cycle of new products,and to develop to meet market demands.New products improve R&D efficiency and increase the company's market core competitiveness.This thesis has studied the theories and methods related to R&D management at home and abroad,including integrated product development,product cycle optimization(PACE),product value management(PVE),and focused on integrated product development(IPD).IPD has been widely used by many companies at home and abroad.Practice has proven that IPD is a set of advanced,mature,systematic integrated R&D project management solutions.Through the strengthening of market management and demand analysis,product strategy is formulated and product technology development is established.Platform to achieve structured R&D modules,shorten new product development cycles,standardize R&D management,including product development,concept design,project planning,output verification and release,and product life cycle management.IPD is the company's R&D management and R&D management design provides a framework for thinking that can help corporate managers formulate systematic solutions for R&D management.S company was founded in the early days of new chaina,after nearly 60 years of development,has now become China's leading radio and electronic power electronics R & D design and production units,with domestic first-class R & D design,production and testing personnel.At present,the R&D scale of the company is continuously expanding,and the number of R&D projects has also been increasing.However,the R&D efficiency is not ideal,the product development cycle is long,and the product delivery delay is very common.Therefore,the company's senior management has put forward a higher demand for R&D management.This article combines the actual status quo of R&D management of S company,analyzes its R&D management,especially the problems and shortcomings of R&D project management.Under the guidance of the theoretical framework of integrated R&D,it designs a R&D management model that conforms to S company;R&D process and specific implementation Solution: In the stage of product development planning,value engineering ideas and product development concepts for production and customer use are introduced,and the concept of concurrent engineering runs through the entire R&D system.At the same time,the introduction of technology introduction is being digested,and the idea of R&D,R&D,innovation and management combined with the cooperation of industry and research,cooperative development,and commissioned development has been proposed and put into new R&D management and R&D processes.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can help S company to solve the problems arising in R&D management,increase the R&D management level of the company to a higher level,develop products that meet or exceed customer needs,increase the company's core competitiveness,and at the same time SMEs' R&D management and R&D process construction provide a reference.
