In recent years,countries have introduced various low carbon policies to limit the carbon dioxide emissions of enterprises.Under the background of low carbon,the operation and management of enterprises are facing major changes.In the low carbon environment,carbon emissions,carbon quotas and other factors will affect the operation of enterprises,whether different policies will bring different decision results,these issues become the focus of attention among supply chain members.At present,there are some problems such as low participation and opaque carbon information in low carbon environment,which may lead to false behaviors among enterprises,and will affect the overall efficiency of the supply chain.Therefore,it is also an important issue of supply chain management for enterprises to make false decisions and supply chain coordination in a low carbon environment.This paper constructs two levels of supply chain dominated by manufacturers with the background of low-carbon environment,considering respectively the effects of carbon emissions and asymmetric carbon information under the conditions of the enterprise operation,coordination of procurement and supply chain contract model under the two conditions,provide a theoretical basis for enterprise operation decision.Considering the effects of carbon emissions under the supply chain procurement contract,discusses in the implementation of emission reduction and emission reduction implementation of contract model under two kinds of situations,comparative analysis of the overall profit of each member of the supply chain and supply chain changes,then according to the analysis results with the revenue sharing contract to coordinate the members of supply chain cooperation,then the enterprise specific case,verify the feasibility analysis of contract.In the asymmetric carbon information,analysis of the supplier taken misrepresent strategy,and its influencing factors and the impact of the supply chain;that under the condition of information asymmetry,different carbon suppliers adopt different false strategy,at the moment the manufacturer can take the revenue sharing contract to coordinate the game decision between the two sides,the among the members of the benefit maximization,and then through the feasibility analysis of specific cases of contract verification,put forward reasonable suggestions to the enterprise.
