| This research mainly of lingbao city mushroom industry(development,the industrial scale,operating mode)and the industrial chain(raw materials,varieties,cultivation,sales,processing and waste recycling)field investigation,using the swot analysis of lingbao city mushroom industry strengths,weaknesses,challenges and opportunities were analyzed,and the following results:lingbao began to try to grow lentinus edodes.In recent years,in order to alleviate the problems caused by the rapid development of the industry,the industrial structure has been continuously improved.The industrial chain of lentinus edodes in lingbao city is mainly described from five aspects: raw material,species,cultivation mode,processing and sales and waste recycling.(1)Lingbao shiitake is mainly planted with apple wood.The fruiting body produced by apple wood tastes good and tastes delicious,and some of it also USES oak wood to grow mushroom.With the recycling of wastes,shiitake raw materials are constantly in short supply,and the shortage of raw materials is bound to compete with neighboring provinces.(2)Lingbao city's mushroom species in previous years mainly to ling xian 1.With the development of mushroom industry,several mushroom species appeared in lingbao city.The phenomenon of heteronymy of lentinus edodes species is serious in lingbao city.Meanwhile,some problems such as insufficient production capacity of high-quality strains and disordered management of strains will bring hidden dangers to the lentinus edodes industry in lingbao city.Strains of high quality strain capacity is insufficient,some problems such as disordered management will bring hidden trouble to lingbao city mushroom industry.(3)With the continuous development of the mushroom industry,lingbao city has formed a unique pattern of cultivation and cultivation of lentinus edodes under the forest,which is simple and convenient,with low investment and high yield,and particularly popular with mushroom farmers.(4)Lingbao city has engaged in the sale of mushrooms and more means of transport.,forming a number of cold chain transportation and sales lines directly to the main agricultural market nearby.But the high added value of the deep processing products are few,to a certain extent restricted the development of the industry.(5)Lentinus edodes production waste disposal capacity is limited,only 6 of 15 villages and towns have carried out waste recycling,and the scale is small,has not formed the demonstration drive effect.In view of that problem arising from the mushroom industry of lingbao,a corresponding countermeasure is put forward:Optimize the industrial structure of lentinus edodes in lingbao city;Construction of high standards,high efficiency shiitake industrial park;deepen the resources development and utilization,to speed up the industrial development from the low transformation type to efficient circular processing exports,speed up product structure from the primary processing to deep processing to increase scientific and technological innovation,accelerate the technical system from low level to high level. |
