| Currently,group tours are still one of the important ways for tourists to travel.As the world's most modern theme park,Disneyland has attracted a large number of tourists to Shanghai,bringing new opportunities for Shanghai urban tourism development and tourism integration in the Yangtze River Delta Region.Firstly,this paper is based on the Yangtze River Delta and taken Shanghai Disneyland group tour routes as basic data,which obtained from the major travel agency websites.This paper constructs 14 statistical variables to study the spatialtemporal characteristics of Shanghai Disney group tour routes and the hot and cold conditions of the scenic spots by the method of mathematical statistics,social network analysis and other methods.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:From the perspective of time: Shanghai Disneyland group tour are mainly “3 days tour” and “6 days tour routes”.The average shopping time is 1.78 hours of the routes,the length of stay in the park is mainly distributed in 10-13 hours.Tourists stay in Shanghai the longest stay in Shanghai,followed by For Hangzhou and Jiaxing,mainly staying in Shanghai Disney group tour routes spend longest time in Shanghai.Hangzhou,Jiaxing are also places where tourists stay longer.Tourists prefer to stay in Suzhou and Nanjing less than half a day.From the space point of view,Shanghai Disneyland group tour routes are mainly single-destination model,full-circumference model,and regional travel model.Singledestination mode is mainly based on 3-day trip,and multi-destination round-trip routes are mainly based on 5/6 day.Shanghai is the only single destination.Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou and Suzhou are important portal and export destinations.Shanghai,Suzhou,Hangzhou and other places have taken on the pivotal functions due to the good economic condition and transportation development.Functionally,the tourism destination presents a spatial structure of “core-edge” hierarchical distribution.The core and important tourist destinations are concentrated in Shanghai,North Zhejiang and Southern Jiangsu,and show the spatial flow characteristics of concentrated cities.The accommodation areas are more distributed in Shanghai(excluding Disney Park and Pudong New Area)and the Yangtze River Delta region,the Yangtze River Delta region is concentrated in Hangzhou,Jiaxing and Suzhou three cities.From the point of the tourism routes space network: firstly,the spatial network of Shanghai Disneyland and the group tour routes presents the structural layering feature of “less core nodes and more edge nodes”,indicating that the network has large imbalances and the links between nodes are not tight.Among them,Shanghai Disneyland,Wuzhen,Bund,and Chenghuang Temple Tourist Area are the core attractions,which are in a dominant position in the network and are closely connected with other nodes,while Lujiazui,Huqiu,Shanghai Science and Technology Museum,Tianzifang,etc.are the edge nodes in the network.Besides,in order to compare and analyze the differences between group tour routes and self-service tourism routes,this paper through questionnaire survey to obtain the data of self-service tourism routes.And further propose will be suggested on Shanghai Disneyland group tour routes according to the difference between group tour routes and self-service tourism routes.Firstly,adjusting the time of the routes.The self-service tourists are mostly distributed in the Yangtze River Delta region,and they prefer to choose short-term tours which are shorter than 3 days.Therefore,travel agencies should pay attention to the Yangtze River Delta source market and increase short-term travel routes within 3 days.Then,the shopping time in the self-service tour route is obviously shorter than that of the group tour.Therefore,the routes launched by the travel agency should appropriately reduce the shopping time during the trip and reasonably arrange high-quality shopping spots to enhance the visitor experience.Furthermore,it is necessary to optimize the stay schedule and give full play to the degree of autonomy of the tourists in the itinerary.Besides,it is essential to shorten the stay time at the edge destinations and extend the stay time of tourists in important tourist destinations as much as possible.Secondly,optimizing the routes' space structure.Travel agencies should focus on designing multi-destination round-trip routes to prevent tourists from going back and improving the value of routes.In addition,it is necessary to plan and design the acrossregion Shanghai Disneyland group tour routes,give full play to Shanghai's role-driven and hub-type destination functions,and highlight the characteristics of the node cities,and strengthen the linkage and interaction between the important node cities in the region.Furthermore,attention should be paid to improving the distribution of accommodation facilities in the Disney Park and Pudong New Area and improving the quality of services to meet the needs of different tourists.Thirdly,promoting spatial interaction.The travel agency routes have a more compact network structure and closer contact with the self-service tour routes,and the distribution of core and edge attractions is different.Attractions that are affected by Disney's radiation belt(such as West Lake,Bund,Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and Wuzhen,etc.)should actively launch the “Disney+” special tourist route.To the shadow area of Disneyland(such as Qibao Ancient Town,Zhonghua Art Palace,Panshan District,etc.),a misplaced competition strategy should be implemented to innovate products and design differentiated group routes. |
