Tourism and hotel industry has made rapid progress since the great reform and opening up, the competition in the hotel industry become increasingly fierce. Hunan province is located in the central area, and the problem of high turnover rate in young employee of the hotel industry is particularly serious, ultimately affect the core competitiveness of the hotel. This paper discusses the reasons for90’s employee turnover on Changsha Jiahua Hotel and proposed countermeasures.By collecting relevant materials, the organizational socialization theory and Psychological Contract theory was selected as the theoretical basis to solve new90’s staff turnover problem, also improve the overall employee satisfaction. Based on the hotel survey,problems appealed in these aspects:payment and welfare system, training system, communication mechanisms, incentives dissatisfaction. The cause of the new90’s employee management issues were illustrated from social factors, Hotel factors, personal factors. For the purpose of lowering labor costs, improving performance, enhancing the core competitiveness of the hotel.,we proposed the establishment of a fair and reasonable payment system, smoothing the channels of communication, building career training system as countermeasures. To ensure the credibility of countermeasures we also suggests to implement organizational reconstruction plus people-oriented corporate culture; school-enterprise cooperation and other supporting measures to ensure the implementation of the management optimization measurements. Finally reduce the staff turnover rate in the hotel, enhance the performance of the whole staff, so as to maintain its competitive power in the hotel market.
