Study On The Effect Of HY Enterprise Strategy Excution

Enterprises in order to achieve sustainable management,long-term development of business purposes,usually formulate the enterprise's corporate strategy.With the accelerated development of the global economy,the pace of change in the operating environment of enterprises is also accelerating.How to make the strategy can be effectively implemented in the changing market environment,and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy in a timely manner,is an important link in the implementation of the strategy.Correctly evaluating the implementation of enterprise strategy,finding out the problems of enterprise management in the process of strategy implementation is an important prerequisite for continuous improvement of the strategy implementation process,and an important guarantee to make the enterprise strategy landing.This paper takes HY Enterprise as the research object.Through theoretical research,find out the evaluation method of strategy execution,and evaluate the influencing factors that affect the implementation of enterprise strategy.According to the evaluation results,identify the problems and make suggestions for improvement.The specific research process is:First,according to the definition of strategic management,strategic management process,combing out the impact of strategic implementation of the 6 major factors,namely,strategy itself,goal decomposition,strategic monitoring,organizational structure,incentive mechanism,corporate culture.Combined with the relevant theoretical research,find out the evaluation of 6 factors to evaluate the two-level elements,combined with expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process,6 major factors and their two-level elements to give weight.The evaluation model of the effect of enterprise strategy implementation is established.Secondly,according to the evaluation model,the questionnaire is designed,and the evaluation scale is formed.Through pre-investigation,reliability verification and validity verification,the validity of the questionnaire is confirmed.Through the implementation of large sample questionnaire survey,collect data,statistical data,combined with the evaluation model of strategy implementation effect,and evaluate the implementation effect of HY Enterprise strategy.Finally,through the problem analysis,find out the problem of the implementation of HY Enterprise Strategy,and make suggestions for improvement accordingly.The main research content of this paper is enterprise strategy execution evaluation.In the process of enterprise strategy implementation,the factors affecting the implementation of enterprise strategy are measured,and the countermeasures to optimize the implementation of the strategy are found out.Such a quantitative strategic implementation evaluation method,for similar enterprises,has a certain reference value.
