Combining scientific &technical innovation with financial innovation closely,it not only can promote the depth of the technology,financial and industry integration,but also provide inexhaustible driving force for economic development and upgraded transformation.In recent years,the “two-wheel drive”,from the regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation,is regarded as the power engine of the regional innovation development.The issue that how to play the regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation together and maximize the “two-wheel drive”,has caused much attention and discussion.In this context,this research is based on the theory of systemic couplings,analyzing the coupling coordinated problems between the Chinese regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation.On this basis,this research tries to explore the new development mind which matching the latest trends in China,to provide the scientific and effective advices about the regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation in China.This article has six chapters,analyze the study of the regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation,the main contents as follows:Chapter One is the introduction,which includes the background,content,ideas and methods,and innovations about the research.Chapter Two is the theory comments,which reviews the related theory and research dynamic,to point out the research insufficient and improved methods.Chapter Three is situation analysis,which discusses the status in China,between the regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation,to find out the periodic characteristics and influential factors.Chapter Four is the empirical analysis,which constructs the index system and function model,to measure the coupling coordinated degree of China,between the regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation,and explore the change,of coupling coordinated degree,which is in the time and space dimensions.Chapter Five is the policy suggestions,which analyzes the problems between the Chinese regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation,to come up with the targeted suggestions.Chapter Six is the conclusion and prospect,which raises the research deficiencies,and puts forward the future research trend.In this paper,the main conclusions include three parts:(1)This research through historical investigation,analyzes the process of the Chinese regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation.It can be concluded that the coupling coordinated development including three phases,they are exploration period,drive period,and coordination period.In addition,the input-output influential factors,between the regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation,can influence the coupling coordinated development continuously.(2)This research measures the coupling coordination degree of regional scientific &technical innovation and financial innovation,by the MATLAB2016 software.The results show that the coupling coordination degree is low in the whole of China,and the coupling coordination degree rises at a steady rate in the time dimension,regional financial innovation lags behind in scientific &technical innovation.(3)This research draws the space distribution figures of the coupling coordination degree,by the ArcGIS10.2 software.The results show that the coupling coordination degree presents a stepped distribution,which is a trend of decreasing from the east provinces to the central and west provinces,presenting spatial heterogeneity between different regions.
