With the coming of the Internet economy era,the enterprises competition from the past marketing competition and strategic competition has entered the new stage of enterprise culture competition.The construction of enterprise culture has become an important symbol of competitiveness and creativity among countries and enterprises.There have been many studies showing that enterprise culture plays an important role in all aspects of enterprise management.If enterprises want to stand out in fierce competition,they must pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture,so that they can guide business operations and promote corporate performance.Compared with other industries,the Internet industry is developing rapidly,and the construction of corporate culture is mostly in the form of forms.This must have certain restrictions on the long-term development of enterprises.This requires Internet companies to follow the pace of the market.Continuous adjustment of corporate culture and emphasis on technological innovation in order to maintain their own development vitality and competitiveness in the international market.Based on this background,this paper focuses on the relationship between corporate culture,technological innovation ability and corporate performance,through the literature of corporate culture,corporate performance and technological innovation ability,taking listed companies on the Internet as a research sample.The index dimensions of enterprise culture measurement,enterprise performance measurement,and technological innovation ability are established,and the research assumptions and theoretical models are put forward.A total of 343 valid questionnaires were collected from employees of 16 Internet companies through the distribution of online and paper questionnaires.Using SPSS ? AMOS statistical analysis software,the sample was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,reliability analysis,andcorrelation analysis.According to the analysis,we have four conclusions as follows:(1)Corporate culture has a positive correlation in corporate performance;(2)Corporate culture has a positive correlation in technological innovation capabilities;(3)The ability of technological innovation is positively related to the performance of enterprises;(4)Technological innovation ability has an intermediary role between corporate culture and corporate performance.
