Along with the development of economy,the competition of insurance industry in our country is also changing essentially,and the speed and depth of the change are constantly strengthened.At present,the problems of insurance industry mainly focus on human resource planning,especially performance management.In recent years,YA Life Insurance Company pays more and more attention to employee performance appraisal,the system is more perfect,the actual work has also achieved some results,but there are still some problems,such as the performance appraisal system has no clear purpose,the performance appraisal index is unreasonable and relatively empty,performance appraisal implementation of poor communication,performance appraisal.The nuclear results are single and so on.The above problems lead to the management effect of the company greatly reduced,invisibly hindered the initiative of employees,reducing the efficiency of employees.Therefore,facing the above drawbacks,YA Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.needs to further improve the performance appraisal system of employees.Based on this,this paper takes YA Life Insurance Company as the research object,and carries on the detailed analysis to it,its concrete research content is as follows: First,after consulting many related literature,this paper describes in detail the status and purpose of this study,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and advanced technical means.Secondly,it discusses the definition of performance appraisal,appraisal methods and other theories,which lays a solid foundation for the following study.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the current performance appraisal system of employees in YA Life Insurance Company Limited,such as the organizational structure,Department staffing,performance appraisal system of YA Life Insurance Company Limited,so as to find out the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Fourth,put forward the optimization plan for the present situation of YA life insurance company staff performance appraisal system.Fifthly,it puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the performance appraisal system of employees in YA Life Insurance Company Limited and corresponding safeguards.Finally,the corresponding conclusions and prospects are drawn.Through this study,further enriched and improved the theory of performance appraisal of insurance company employees,YA Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.performance appraisal system for the drawbacks of the solution strategy,but also according to performance appraisal for the company employees' internal transfer,wage changes to provide the corresponding basis.
