The Application Research Of Lean Production In K Company

Throughout the enterprises which is implementation of the lean production in the world,many of them are succeed,but also a lot of them are failed.For example,the succeed part,Toyota Motor Corporation and other enterprise,has summaries and refines many lean concept and theory from implementation of the lean production.But some people argued that it is not meet the actual conditions of China.So,the subject of how to import the method of lean production,how to reduce the cost and how to improve the core competitiveness of our enterprises has become the most urgently subject to be solved in many industries of China.This paper expound the situation of the research and application on the method of lean manufacturing both here and abroad,based on this,we take an application research on the lean production of enterprise K,which is produce the electronic cigarette.Electronic cigarette industry is a recently emergent industries.As a a well-known enterprises in the electronic cigarette industry,enterprise K has a rapid development in recent year,while it also accompanied with other issues,for example,how to improve the efficiency and quality and how to meet the delivery swift.In this paper,i take the enterprise K as an case,from five parts to expound.Selected the most representative of the typical product N products,with tools and methods of lean production theory(clear the product process flow,value flow analysis,process and layout analysis,balanced loss analysis,transfer loss analysis)to analyze the outstanding problems of K company,aim at find out the problems and propose a solution.In the specific application,we implementation of LINE CELL,lean layout optimization,automation transformation,lean SMED and lean to build on the spot.At the end of the paper,i summarizes the direct economic benefits of K company after the implementation of lean production and the other benefits,such as the accumulation experience and improvement of cultural formation during the time of applied the lean tools and method.All the benefits are lay the foundation to further promote the lean production.
