In recent years,the domestic economic slowdown,financial industry competition and financial needs of customers with various trends,forcing commercial banks toincrease financial innovation,enhance the core competitiveness.In the deposit and loan spreads is shrinking,the commercial banks have to find new sources of revenue,began to change spread income as the soil of the traditional mode of operation.In the face of the business transformation of commercial banks,how to effectively motivate the customer managers,so that the ability of the team to continue to improve,to promote the development of the bank and the formation of core competitiveness,is a difficult problem for commercial banks.The H city commercial bank customer manager performance appraisal system as the research object,using the latest performance incentive theory,according to the requirements of commercial bank management transformation,the status of H city commercial bank customer manager performance appraisal system analysis,find out the existing problems.Clear the valuation system and examination system defects,found pricing system is not suitable for the requirements of the strategic transformation,and then put forward the plan to reform the system of integral,constructs the basic frame of optimization of customer manager performance appraisal system strategy.Adopt quantitative and qualitative indicators of the simulation profit with the combination of indicators evaluation scheme combination of combination of combination of process and outcome indicators,performance and personal development index,scale index and FTP,and puts forward some measures of optimization of customer manager performance appraisal index system.Through the analysis and optimization of H bank customer manager performance appraisal system,in order to further improve performance management of customer manager groups,improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the work of customer manager,organic unity of the development needs of the bank and customer manager individual development needs,in order to achieve the purpose to accelerate the formation of commercial bank business transformation and core competitiveness.This paper will put the MBA curriculum learning during the mastering of the theory applied to the actual work using relevant performance management theories and methods,combined with the actual work needs,for bank customer manager of the specified object to explore and study the innovation.The results of the analysis and research have a strong operational,on how to effectively motivate the customer managers of commercial banks,and promote a business transformation and the core competitiveness of the formation of a certain reference value.
