In recent years,the state's support for entrepreneurship has been increasing,and innovation and entrepreneurship have received a lot of attention from the academic community.The concept of entrepreneurial ecosystem has been proposed and continuously researched.At present,the research on entrepreneurial ecosystem mainly focuses on the research of concepts,constituents,types,characteristics and mechanisms,and the research on entrepreneurial ecosystem risks is lacking.In 2017,the financial problems of LeTV Group led to the collapse of the LeEco ecosystem,which once again warned people that it is very important to control the risk of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Jingdong Group,the leading enterprise of the Jingdong Entrepreneurship Ecosystem,found that the Jingdong Group suffered losses for several consecutive years,and the operation situation is difficult to improve.This has forced people to pay attention to the risk situation of the Jingdong Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.Therefore,the author selects the Jingdong Entrepreneurship Ecosystem as a case.Focus on the supply chain risks that are important to the system and try to make an overall assessment of supply chain risks.This paper is divided into three parts for the supply chain risk assessment of Jingdong Venture Ecosystem.The first part carries out MATLAB simulation research on the supply chain network of Jingdong Venture Ecosystem through complex network theory,and uses Pajek software to calculate the importance index of the four-node enterprise of the supply chain network.Calculate the importance weight coefficient of the node enterprise under the TOPSIS method.The coefficient of this kind is taken as the risk weighting coefficient of the whole supply chain;the second part is to study the risk index of the supply chain by studying the literature,and construct a risk evaluation index system combining the first level index and the second level index.It contains 5 first-level risk indicators and 15 second-level risk indicators,and has established five levels of risk evaluation sets,each of which has different levels of risk.Through the Delphi method,the evaluation results of the supply chain risks of each node enterprise are obtained,and then the entropy weight method is used to determine the index weights,and finally the comprehensive risk evaluation results of each node enterprise are obtained.In the third part,the first part of the node enterprise importance weight coefficient is used as the weight coefficient of the node enterprise to the entire supply chain risk combined with the comprehensive risk evaluation results of each node enterprise,and the comprehensive evaluation of the entire supply chain risk is calculated.Through the above analysis,the paper draws the following conclusions: First,the probability of a V-level risk in the supply chain of the JD Ecosystem is 11.7%,the probability of a Class IV risk is 19.4%,and the probability of a Class III risk is 26.2%.The probability of a Level II risk is 23.9% and the probability of a Level I risk is 18.7%.According to the principle of maximum membership degree of fuzzy evaluation,the Jingdong Entrepreneurship Ecosystem supply chain risk is classified as Level III risk,that is,the risk is described as medium risk.Second,the probability of a Class II risk in the Jingdong Venture Ecosystem supply chain is 23.9%,and the probability of a Class I risk is 18.7%,which is 42.6% in total,much higher than 26.2%,which indicates that although the Jingdong Venture Ecosystem Although the supply chain risk belongs to the level III risk,it is more likely to have a higher risk.It needs to attract the attention of the manager and strengthen the prevention of the risk.Third,the level of risk is different for companies at different levels.Fourth,in supply chain enterprises,the importance of node enterprises is different.Important node enterprises are very important to the security of the entire supply chain network and the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem.
