The problem of municipal solid waste pollution has seriously affected people's living standards.At the same time,because people ignore the prevention and control of municipal solid waste pollution,it also leads to waste of resources and even affects the process of ecological civilization construction.Although in recent years countries and regions have introduced a series of environmental laws and regulations,departmental regulations and local laws and regulations,in view of the current development trend of urban living garbage management,the relevant legal system itself still has many deficiencies,lack of action.The supporting measures,law enforcement forces are weak,people's awareness of environmental protection and the classification of household waste is not very strong.In a country under the rule of law,how to use legal means to regulate the governance of municipal solid waste is very important for the improvement of the environmental legal system.significance.This article takes the rule of law as the angle of view.First of all,starting with the definition of domestic garbage,analyzes its characteristics and the harm it generates;at the same time,it draws out the value of the rule of law for the treatment of municipal solid waste.Secondly,it analyzes concretely the problems existing in the legal regulation,administrative law enforcement,and the rule of law in the treatment of municipal solid waste in China.Thirdly,by comparing the system construction and practical experience of foreign urban life garbage,we can find out the general laws in order to provide reference for the treatment of urban domestic garbage in China.Finally,combining the actual and current problems in our country,from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations,strengthening administrative law enforcement and creating a good atmosphere of the rule of law,we put forward specific measures to improve the treatment of urban domestic waste in China.
