With the continuous development of the global economy,all countries are committed to the development of new energy,but the new energy technology at present is not mature enough.The stratigraphic oil and gas reservoir is still the main source of energy demand in all walks of life.However,the oil and gas resources can no longer meet the energy demand of mankind in the conventional energy exploitation area.Deep and ultra deep wells have become the main field of oil and gas exploitation.Rotary steering drilling tool,which is one of the main tools for oil and gas production in deep and ultra deep well,has certain advantages in borehole cleaning,well quality and well trajectory.So it is necessary to carry out research on rotary steering drilling tools.In view of the current shortage of the directional rotary steering drilling tool in mechanical properties and fatigue characteristics,the statics,kinematics and dynamics characteristics were analyzed of the rotary steering spindle system of a new rotary steerable drilling tool by ANSYS Workbench simulation analysis,theoretical derivation and numerical calculation method of Matlab in this paper.The main contents and methods of the full text are as follows.(1)According to a lot of literature research on rotary steering drilling tools,combined with the structural characteristics of the new rotary steering drilling tool,the structure of the offset mechanism,spindle system and the sealing of the spindle system were introduced.The working mode of the offset mechanism and the slanting ability of the spindle system were analyzed.(2)The force magnitude of the key parts such as integral and cantilever bearings of the new and traditional rotary steering spindle system was compared.The advantages of the spindle system of a new directional rotating steering was defined by ANSYS Workbench.(3)The erosion characteristics of the cross shaft seal was studied.It is found that when the seal is misplaced,the erosion of the drilling fluid on the sealing body and the cross shaft is very small,and the stress caused by erosion is also very small.(4)A static model of a new rotaring steering spindle system was established.And the influence of the structural parameters of the spindle system on the mechanical properties of the key components was studied.(5)The relationship of rotation speed and angular acceleration among the input shaft of themandrel system,the intermediate shaft and the offset mandrel were derived by using thegeometric analysis method.The influence of the angle ?1,?2 and the rotation speed of theinput shaft ?1 on the motion characteristics of the intermediate shaft and the offset mandrelwas analyzed.(6)The modal analysis of the spindle system was carried out,and the natural frequencies ofthe first 10 modes,the vibration modes of the spindle system and the theoretical critical speedsof each order were obtained,which provided a reference for the practical application of thesystem.(7)Simulation analysis of the longitudinal impact of a spindle system was carried out underwith or not bias force.And it was obtained that certain point on the stress variation with time condition of the two cross shaft,offset ring,joint bearings,intermediate shaft and the offset shaft in the longitudinal impact with or not bias force of the spindle.The results show that the impact has great influence on the spindle system with bias force and less influence on the spindle system without bias force.(8)The effects of impact velocity and drilling pressure on two cross shaft,offset ring,joint bearings,intermediates shaft and offset shaft mechanical properties were studied with bias force spindle system.And it was obtained that certain point stress variation with time conditiont of the two cross shaft,offset ring,joint bearings,intermediatess shaft,and offset shaft when the impact velocity and drilling pressure has been changed.In summary,the structural characteristics,kinematic characteristics and mechanical properties of the new point rotary steering spindle system were studied.The results provide a theoretical basis for the new spindle system in the later stage and its downhole experiments.
