The continuous improvement of the core competitiveness of Chinais refined oil sales enterprises is a hot issue and focus of the academic circles and the industry.However,from the domestic and foreign related research,the research on the core competitiveness of oil products sales enterprises is relatively less,more concentrated on the study of ordinary sales or retail enterprises.Oil products sales enterprises not only have the common characteristics of general sales enterprises,but also have the characteristics of logistics enterprises.This study will focus on the "Internet+" background,conduct a systematic and in-depth study of the core competitiveness of China's oil products sales enterprises,and select the most representative product oil sales company XB company as an empirical analysis.Firstly,on the basis of systematically combing the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the deficiencies of the current research;secondly,it summarizes and sorts out the relevant theories of core eompetence to provide a scientifie theoretieal framework and theoretical basis for this study;thirdly,it makes a case study on the status quo of XB company and the status quo of core competence.The key components of the core competitiveness system are identified,and the core competitiveness of XB company is evaluated by applying the brittle relational degree model.Finally,based on the systematic evaluation of XB's eore competitiveness,based on the "Internet+",a scientifie management strategy is provided for the continuous improvement of the core eompetitiveness of XB company.Suggestions.The research framework of this research can be applied to the evaluation of core competitiveness of different oil products sales enterprises,and has strong applicability and portability.It can lay a scientific and feasible basis for theoretical and practical case analysis for the continuous improvement of core competitiveness of China's oil products sales enterprises under the "Internet plus".Firstly,the eonnotation and extension of the eore eompetence of China's refined oil sales enterprises are reasonably defined,and the problems of ambiguous boundaries and miscellaneous concepts of the connotation of the core competence of enterprises in the past are changed.Functional body,its core competitiveness connotation has both the common characteristics of sales enterprises and logistics enterprises,but also has the characteristics of the oil industry;Secondly,based on the perspective of system engineering,this study regards the core competence of an enterprise as a system,and applies the dismantling and analysis technology to scientifically identify and analyze the key elements of the core competence system of a product oil sales enterprise,from the macro,meso and micro perspectives,both inside and outside the enterprise market.The key elements are aggregated reasonably from the two aspects of Ministry environment,and the internal operation mechanism of the system is analyzed.Thirdly,in view of the lack of scientiflc quantitative models for the evaluation of the core competitiveness of China's oil products sales enterprises,this study proposes a brittleness correlation analysis model on the basis of systematically combing the relevant research at home and abroad,and earries out a brittleness correlation analysis on the eore competitiveness of China's oil products sales enterprises to clarify the impact of China's oil products on China's oil products.The key points and key points of the continuous promotion of the core competitiveness of sales enterprises make the management countermeasures and suggestions put forward scientific and quantitative basis.Fourthly,on the basis of theoretical research,this study selects XB Company,a typical representative of China,s refined oil sales enterprises,as an empirical case study object,so that the theoretical research and business practice can be effectively combined.The paradigm of this study can be applied to the evaluation of core competitiveness of different oil products sales enterprises,and has strong applicability and portability.It can lay a scientific and feasible case analysis foundation for the continuous improvement of core competitiveness of China's oil products sales enterprises.To sum up,the research framework of this research can be applied to the evaluation of core competitiveness of different oil products sales enterprises,and has strong applicability and portability.It can lay a scientifie and feasible theoretieal research and practical case for the continuous improvement of eore eompetitiveness of Ghina's oil products sales enterprises under the "Internet plus".Analysis the foundation.
