Power companies are the carriers and hubs for the transformation of traditional and new energy sources.Power companies have the major responsibility for implementing national energy conservation and emission reduction policies to promote environmental development and build a good ecological civilization.Since the country launched a new round of power system reform in 2015,it has always taken the responsibility to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,establish a market system conducive to the consumption of clean energy,and further expand the integration of clean energy into the grid under the purpose of protecting the environment and the scale of consumption To adapt to the trend of green low-carbon energy transition and the development trend of the power grid to the energy Internet.Therefore,this paper takes H Power Company as an example to conduct in-depth research on the transformation and development of power company strategies from the perspective of environmental regulation.This article first analyzes the industry background and current status of H Power's strategic transformation,and in-depth studies the impact of environmental regulations on H Power's strategic transformation.Then,the five-force competitiveness model,PEST model,and SWOT analysis method were used to deeply analyze the current internal and external environment of H Power Company under the environmental regulatory framework,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of H Power Company's strategic transformation,and the opportunities and threats it faces..Finally,based on the analysis results,specific targeted strategic transformation and optimization measures are proposed.Through research,it is found that H Power Company currently has no consensus on the strategic environment and strategic positioning,the organizational structure matching the strategic transformation has not been fully established,the contribution of the new business form to the company has not been fully realized,and the resource allocation It has not been matched with strategic transformation and the performance evaluation system based on strategic transformation is not perfect.In addition,it has formulated strategic management as a guide to enhance the company's innovation and development capabilities,adhere to diversified development,expand business in the international market,and accelerate the strategic positioning of new energy construction and development.Finally,it puts forwardspecific implementation suggestions such as building a "big management" management pattern,regional centralization strategy,and new energy development strategy.Through the research of this paper,the research field of environmental regulation theory is further expanded,and new ideas are provided for the strategic transformation and upgrading of power enterprises.
