Tobacco business enterprise logistics center is the key node of business flow,logistics,and information flow in cigarette circulation.It is a key link connecting cigarette industry enterprises and end-customers.It is responsible for receiving cigarette cases,warehousing,dismantling,sorting,and Delivery of cigarette products.Delivery tasks.Among them,the sorting link organizes the business process of cigarette sorting according to the order,and it is necessary to configure an automatic control system for cigarette sorting to realize this process.This subject originated from the remoulding of automatic control system of cigarette sorting line based on Profibus bus built in 2008 by Dalian Tobacco Logistics Center.The original system had slow data reading speed,susceptible to interference,mutual influence of faults,difficult to detect and maintain,and sorting efficiency was Low,the system can no longer fully meet the requirements of the current sorting business.For this reason,the task of upgrading the system is proposed by enterprise.After consulting,researching and analyzing relevant technical literature and market research,A theoretical analysis of the overall scheme of the cigarette sorting automatic control system was made in this thesis,combined with the center’s automatic cigarette sorting equipment,which has relatively scattered characteristics in spatial distribution.The real-time and stability requirements of business data communication are relatively high,and it is proposed to use Profinet bus technology to replace the existing Profibus bus as the technology solution.The modified system is composed of three parts: management level,control level,and field level,which respectively complete the monitoring of key parameters of the system,the distribution of sorting tasks,and the execution of specific actions to realize the overall function of automatic control of cigarette sorting.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,this thesis explains the general control structure of the automatic cigarette sorting line of tobacco commercial enterprises,analyzes the problems in this structure,and proposes a solution to replace the Profibus bus with a Profuinet bus based on Ethernet,and researches a distributed network based on Profinet control system,establishes communication model,designs PLC program.Secondly,this thesis studies the Profinet network communication based on industrial ethernet,analyzes in detail the control objects involved in the system,ethernet topology,hardware selection and configuration requirements,software development environment.Combined with the process requirements of the system,this thesis designs a overall automatic control system based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC and ET200 S distributed I/O modules.Thirdly,the touch screen interface is configured based on the Siemens Portal TIA platform,which realizes the visual real-time monitoring of key equipment parameters and fault information,which is convenient for field equipment operators to understand equipment status and maintenance personnel’s fault diagnosis.Fourthly,summarize the distributed control system scheme based on Profinet,which has the characteristics of high transmission rate,high reliability,rapid information reading,and real-time monitoring.After testing and debugging,the control system has strong stability and good expandability.The expected functional requirements have been satisfied.The system has strong practical application value. |
