| The corporate culture is a business philosophy,with its own characteristics in the day-to-day production and management process is the production of guidance and operating guidelines and idea system.In modern competitive environment,The corporate culture plays important roles in strengthen enterprise’s core competence.The corporate culture has become an indispensable part of enterprise’s core competence.Construction and development of corporate culture has been a lot of visionary managers as an important strategy for enterprise development.As state-owned large enterprises,Zhejiang Electric Power Transmission & Transformation Corporation is a very important position in Zhejiang national economy,in the face of serious challenges and good opportunities for development to achieve sustainable development,Zhejiang Electric Power Transmission & Transformation Corporation have build a good corporate culture.But the good corporate culture is facing the challenge of the “Five Uniform” from State Grid Corporation of China.This article introduced through the analysis of the construction and development of the corporate culture connotation and corporate culture problems of cultural development and construction of Zhejiang Electric Power Transmission & Transformation Corporation.Firstly,according to its culture environment,the real situation and the problems,the problems of culture construction and development are founded.Then the factors of corporate culture are analyzed.On this basis,the strategies and tasks of corporate culture construction is explicated under the framework of State Grid Corporation of China’s “Five Uniform” corporate culture.The ideas of culture construction are formed and the overall objectives and concrete plans are proposed.This thesis also introduces the Zhejiang Electric Power Transmission & Transformation Corporation’s culture constructions’ implementation procedures and the main emphasis.The corresponding protection measures to enhance corporate culture and development strategy are put forward. |
