Research On The Impact Of High-speed Rail On Regional Economic Development Along The Route

With the gradual advancement of China's high-speed rail network construction,this new mode of transportation of high-speed railways is changing the way people travel.According to relevant documents issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Transport,the China Railway Corporation and other relevant departments in 2016,the "Mid-and-long-term railway network plan"jointly formulated and promulgated in 2016,China is expected to realize a railway network of 150,000 kilometers in 2020.With a scale of more than 30,000 kilometers of high-speed rail networks,more than 80%of China's large-scale cities are covered with high-speed rail networks and built into a high-speed rail country,With the gradual implementation of China's medium and long-term railway construction plans,the resources for high-speed railway construction are gradually tilted toward the central and western regions,and the central and western regions have ushered in a new era of high-speed rail construction.High-speed railways have important influences on changing transportation modes along the regions,reducing travel time,improving travel efficiency,accelerating the flow of regional capital,labor and other production factors,improving regional accessibility,and improving regional industrial structure.Xibao High Speed Rail is located in Guanzhong District,Shaanxi Province,from Xi'an in Shaanxi Province in the east to Baoji City in Shaanxi Province in the west.It passes Xi'an,Xianyang,Baoji and Yangling Demonstration Zones.There are five stations in total,including Xi'an North Station and Xianyang.Qindu Railway Station,Yangling South Railway Station,Qishan Railway Station,Baoji South Railway Station,and Xibao High Speed Rail are key national infrastructure projects for railway construction.The paper reviewed the related theories and literature on the impact of high-speed rail on regional economic development,studied and summarized the relevant influencing mechanism of high-speed rail on regional economic development,and adopted the West Bao high-speed rail as an example to study the use of economic modeling and measurement methods.The study of the impact of high-speed rail on the economic growth rate and accessibility of the region along the line shows that the Xibao High-speed Rail has a significant role in promoting the economic growth rate along the route,and it has also significantly improved the accessibility of cities along the route.Therefore,it is concluded that high-speed rail has an important role in promoting and promoting economic development in the region along the route,and it also has a significant positive impact on regional accessibility along the route.The construction of high-speed rail will greatly help the economic development of the region along the route.Finally,relevant policies and suggestions are proposed for the construction of high-speed railways in Shaanxi Province,and relevant suggestions for speeding up the construction of high-speed railways in Shaanxi Province are proposed.
