Research On Bidding Management For General Contracting Projects Of Construction Engineering

In recent years,China has vigorously developed the project general contracting model,serving the great "One Belt And One Road" strategy.But in construction projects,the implementation of the project general contracting has been at the primary stage,also did not fall to the ground in the true sense,the main reason is only in the current engineering general contracting project bidding mechanism under the tender,seriously hindered the development of engineering general contracting.Domestic engineering general contracting project contractor level is uneven,and the engineering general contracting project contractor and put forward the higher request,this makes the owners about how to choose a good contractor is important,but it is not a complete set of applicable to engineering general contracting project selection strategy and methods of the contractor.This paper focus on construction engineering general contracting project the theme of the bidding management,aimed at the problem of slow development of engineering general contracting project,from the theoretical analysis,the method research and examples demonstrate three aspects has carried on the thorough analysis and discussion.Firstly,the differences between domestic and overseas research status,the difference between the general contracting mode and the traditional mode of bidding and the development status and problems of the general contracting model in China are analyzed.Second,to define the success of the engineering general contracting project,the construction unit shall require the contractor to be completed in the most appropriate time,with the most reasonable price and the compliance of quality standards smoothly complete the construction task safely;Third,analysis of the engineering general contracting mode and traditional mode in the different bidding strategies,according to the characteristics of the engineering general contracting mode,mode of contract awarding stage selection,bidding,contract types,credentials and other aspects are analyzed and put forward Suggestions;Fourth,established by price,completion time,quality and safety of four dimensions as engineering general contracting mode to evaluate the contractor's comprehensive evaluation index system,and put forward comprehensive DEA evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation dimensions,in case of this method are analyzed.In this paper,the research to abandon the traditional technical standard and business standard as the basis of the evaluating method,to switch to the price,completion time,the choice of four dimensions of quality and safety of the contractor,for our country construction engineering general contracting project bidding management strategy and the contractor selection method provides a new train of thought,to some extent,solve the current problem ofproject general contracting mode in the development,so as to engineering general contracting construction projects in the development play a role.
