Research On The Mining And Reuse Of Tacit Knowledge Based On Automobile Modeling Image

The concept design of automobile was the most important stage in the development process,and it was also a difficult knowledge creation process.Its essence was the development of knowledge in automobile design.Automobile concept design contained many complicated tacit knowledge.In the process of acquiring,mining,reuse,and management of tacit knowledge was automobile concept design phase and it was a key link in the process of the whole vehicle project,and it was also a car concept design method and the focus and hotspot in the research of the theory.Therefore,it was necessary to study the hidden knowledge that affects the image of automobile modeling,maked it explicit,and reorganized the use of these tacit knowledge to play an effective role in the concept design of auxiliary vehicles.This study was a multi-disciplinary work of design,social psychology,product cognitive science,computer science,artificial intelligence,etc.This paper summarized the influence of automobile modeling image cognitive elements,designer and the user’s cognitive model;The second,user implicit classification recognition method was put forward,and on this basis,the influence of automobile modeling image extracted,tacit knowledge mining,characterization,conversion,reused and so on research;Finally,puted forward the concept of tacit knowledge reuse automobile modeling image prototype system.The main research contents were as follows:1.Explores different interaction between designers and consumers on product cognition model,the knowledge study revealed the hidden in the field of design,and design field tacit knowledge could be divided into consumers,designers,product itself three categories of tacit knowledge.Accorded to the complexity of the users hidden intentions characteristic,proposed user implicit intention recognition method based on eye tracking classification research,the hidden intention of users could be divided into: purposeful intent and purposeful intent,provided the guiding ideology for below design of experiment.2.Based on the cognitive process of the modeling image of "benchmarking vehicle",the concept of user recognition degree was proposed,and the mathematical model of the correlation between automobile dominant feature and user implicit image was built.Through the perceptual cognitive experiment of color samples,the image recognition of automobile color image was extracted,and the sample library of fashionable theme color and the color sample library of composed theme were established.The characteristics and semantic factors of vehicle modeling were extracted,and the visual representation was made.Through the evaluation of perceptual image and cluster analysis,this paper establishes the "benchmark car" style image set of the non-purposeful intention.By eye movement data visualization,the establishment of automobile modeling characteristics of eye movement extraction model,accordingly based on the modelling of purposeful intent gene feature extraction experiment,the extract has reference value to reflect the image of genetic characteristic line.3.To shape grammar theory in-depth research and Bessel curve,based on the shape grammar-Bessel curve shape features of DNA genetic and variation method,builded auto tacit knowledge gene pool;the image characteristics of automobile were reorganized by means of divergent tree thinking,and the conceptual scheme instance library was established,and the user preference evaluation was studied.To achieve and reuse of automobile modeling image of tacit knowledge mining and effective for automobile modeling design goal,this paper carried out a large number of car case study,combined theory with practice,jointly builded the automobile modeling image tacit knowledge reuse concept prototype system,this system accorded to the theory research was divided into automobile modeling latent information management,reuse,and conceptual scheme design module,the automobile modeled image mining,tacited knowledge related to management,conversion,explicit,facilitating stylist rapid design conforms to the user perceptual image concept car,through the design practice of concept prototype system has been verified practicability and convenience.
