| As much as more than 40 years,our national manufacturing company developed speedily;so far we have accessed in a new stage,from rough and sample mode to aggregation and profession mode;under the condition of global competition,various market and cost sensibility,it push us to strengthen our ability on supply chain management.The core comment is that S&OP is benefit to company,and how they could successfully perform.According to existing conditions of our firm,I submit the approach of S&OP process after analysis.We predict that our firm could be more competitive than before and run smoothly if successfully applying S&OP during the period of high-speed growing.At the beginning of article,we sum the history of supply chain development and research results,and we believe it is quite critical to company.In future,it will influence china deeply,we should pay more attention on enhancement of this field.The second part,there are much of knowledge and research as reference.We get to know S&OP process is quite important and play a role in operation.Then we analyze our firm furtherly in third part,and recommended the changes in organization,process and tools.And this part also state our activities in business revolution.At end of this article,we submit the evaluation of S&OP process,and tell the achievement and lesson-learns,then to give some suggestions;finally,emphasize the importance of top management support in revolution.We believe this process could help our firm to achieve a new goal. |
