The control system of dry clutch is the main organization of the whole dry clutch assembly.Therefore,the performance of the dry clutch control system directly affects the work of the whole dry clutch.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for automobiles continues to improve,so the quality of automotive clutch is increasingly demanding,in recent years,more and more research on the comfort of dry clutch control system.This topic is aimed at the separation and engagement characteristics of diaphragm springs,and further studies clutch comfort.Firstly,the current research status of the operating comfort of dry clutch and diaphragm spring clutch at home and abroad is described,and the significance of this study is put forward.At the same time,the composition and working mechanism of the dry clutch,the composition and working principle of the control system of the dry clutch,and the separation characteristics of the small end of the diaphragm spring are simulated and analyzed,and the structural parameters of the diaphragm spring are simulated and analyzed.Secondly,the theoretical research on the model of the dry clutch control system is studied.The relationship between the small end separation characteristics of diaphragm spring and the pedal force and the pedal displacement in the clutch control system is explored through theoretical research.The objective evaluation index of the dry clutch control comfort is also studied.The simulation analysis shows that each of them has its own characteristics.The influence of evaluation indexes on the comfort of dry clutch is discussed.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive test of diaphragm spring clutch and clutch control system with different parameters,the test is carried out.This paper focuses on the comfort of the dry clutch control system and the mechanical characteristics of diaphragm spring.It is of guiding and research significance to the comfort of the dry clutch control.It also adds more theoretical basis and test methods to improve the clutch control system and diaphragm spring clutch.
