Research On The Construction Of Emergency Management System Of China Eastern Airlines Guangdong Branch

Emergency response system is the inevitable outcome of the development of modern industrialization.The upsurge of emergency management research in the world should begin with the "9.11" incident in the United States in 2001,while China began to pay more attention to the research and application of emergency response system after the SARS epidemic in 2003.In order to ensure the safety of public life and property and maintain the safe operation of civil aviation,China’s civil aviation industry has carried out extensive emergency management system construction in recent years.Through case study,this paper makes a thorough study and Analysis on the emergency management system of China Eastern Airlines Guangdong Branch,and points out the problems existing in its emergency management system,such as the lack of comprehensive emergency management system,the unscientific division of emergency management and emergency response organizations and functions,and the limitations of emergency drills.On the basis of the existing system,China Eastern Airlines Guangdong Branch must further sort out the organization which complies with emergency management and response,clarify the responsibilities of each component,sort out and compile emergency plans in an all-round way,and improve the level of emergency management.Especially as a newly established airline company,it is faced with frequent changes in organization,responsibility division and staffing.Relevant emergency procedures and plans need to be revised,trained and rehearsed in time.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of emergency plans and achieve the desired results,China Eastern Airlines Guangdong Branch also needs to establish human,financial,material and external coordination and linkage safeguards related measures.Of course,the purpose of establishing emergency response system is to deal with emergencies,and to fundamentally avoid the occurrence of emergencies,China Eastern Airlines Guangdong Branch needs to constantly find its own problems,improve management level,and maintain a high level of safety.
