| The construction industry is an important material production industry in China’s economy.It has made great contributions to the development of economy and the improvement of people’s lives.Over the past 20 years,the commercialization of housing and government investment in infrastructure have stimulated the rapid development of the construction industry,which has improved its technology and scale accordingly.However,compared with foreign countries,there are still less application of new technology,low management level,serious waste of resources.A large number of small and medium-sized enterprises still take low cost and low price as the main way of competition,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of the industry.Therefore,this paper studies the development strategy of construction enterprises to explore how to jump out of the vicious competition industry circle and walk out a new development path.It has been nearly 20 years since the establishment of Gongzhuling Fanjiatun Construction Company,which has witnessed the rise of the local construction industry.However,with the joint impact of weak economic growth,increasing demand for new infrastructure and strict control of the real estate industry in Jilin Province,how to lead the company to a new development path and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise is the primary task of the managers.This paper takes Gongzhuling Fanjiatun Construction Company as the research object.First of all,summarize the problems existing in the research object;Then,SWOT and PEST analysis methods are used to analyze the internal and external environment of Fangjiatun Construction Company in Gongzhuling City,identify opportunities and risks,strengths and weaknesses,and on this basis,the development strategy based on opening up the industrial chain is proposed.According to the development strategy,the corresponding strategic safeguard measures are formulated,which are divided into three strategic objectives of short term,medium term and long term,involving human resources,technology,marketing,organizational structure,information system and other aspects.It is a great test of managers’ ability to use and coordinate resources.Manager need to put in place deadlines to ensure that the strategic plan is being implemented effectively. |
