| With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization in China,the population of large and medium-sized cities is growing rapidly,construction land is expanding continuously,and resource consumption is increasing rapidly.Urban land shortage,traffic congestion,environmental degradation,air pollution and other issues have seriously affected the quality of life of urban residents,rising to the bottleneck of healthy urban development.Reasonable development of urban underground space can effectively alleviate the shortage of land resources,urban traffic congestion,environmental pollution,ecological deterioration and other issues,contribute to the sustainable development of the city,and is an important means of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Based on the research and study on the development and utilization of underground space at home and abroad and the definition of development potential in other fields,this paper puts forward the concept of development potential of underground space development and utilization,which is convenient to measure the comprehensive potential of underground space development and utilization.The main research results are as follows:(1)This paper takes five districts in Kunming City as the research object,takes the planned land as evaluation unit,evaluates and analyses them from three dimensions of value,capacity and construction status,obtains the evaluation of the development potential of underground space development and utilization based on planned land,and then uses mathematical model to calculate the development potential of each administrative district and the whole Kunming City.According to the development potential grade,respectively.suggestions for development are put forward to provide decision-making basis for the development and utilization of underground space in Kunming.(2)The evaluation system for the suitability of underground space development and utilization in Kunming was constructed from six evaluation factors,including soil condition,geological condition,hydrogeology and unfavorable geology;Eight evaluation factors were selected from four aspects: spatial location,population condition,traffic condition and land resource condition to construct the evaluation system of social and economic value of Kunming;Determine the basic coordination coefficient according to the suitability evaluation level,The constraints coefficient are determined development status,and the capacity of underground space for effective development and utilization is determined based on the reasonable development and utilization capacity.Combining three dimensions of construction status on the basis of value and capacity,the development potential of underground space is evaluated.(3)The development potential composite index of Kunming underground space is 3.3,which belongs to a higher development potential level.Among them,1.88% are highest development potential,33.38% are higher development potential,63.33% are medium development potential and 1.39% are low development potential.For the underground space of highest development potential areas,we should focus on the development of industries with relatively low environmental requirements and transfer centers;For the areas with higher development potential and medium development potential such as airport economic zone and Northern Kunming City,we should develop public,disaster prevention facilities and underground transportation as appropriate;Low capacity areas can develop warehousing logistics and energy reserve systems as needed. |
