| Because the fuel injection quantity,injection rate,injection pressure,injection timing and other parameters are flexible and controllable,the high pressure common rail technology has become an ideal solution to meet the requirements of modern diesel engines for energy saving and emission reduction.MAP data is the key to determining the operation and performance of a diesel engine.With the advancement of electronic control technology,the control system of high-pressure common rail diesel engine is more and more complex,and the control objects and control variables are also more and more,and a complex MAP system is formed in the system.The calibration of diesel engines is becoming more and more cumbersome and is a time-consuming and laborious task.In order to reduce the workload of MAP calibration and improve the calibration efficiency,a virtual calibration method based on model is proposed.The following research work is carried out for the main links of virtual calibration:Based on the model simulation accuracy and real-time requirements,the dynamic simulation model of diesel engine is established based on CRUISE-M,and the accuracy of the model is corrected.The simulation results of the model are compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy of the model.The experimental design methods such as space filling test design,classical test design and optimal test design are compared and analyzed.After analysis,the space filling test design is most suitable for the experimental design of virtual calibration of high pressure common rail diesel engine.The Halton space filling test design method was studied and the parameter combination design was carried out.The model simulation calculation is carried out according to the operating point of the experimental design,and a database is provided for the neural network model.The performance prediction model of diesel engine is established by using RBF(radial basis function)neural network.The genetic operator for the control parameter combination of high pressure common rail diesel engine is designed.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the combination of control parameters.Through the global optimization of the computer,the injection timing,injection pressure,fuel injection amount,pre-injection injection amount and other MAP of D19 TCI are given.The effectiveness of the proposed virtual calibration method was verified by a bench. |
