Research On The Application And Improvement Of PLM In Z New Energy Bus Companies

At the end of the 20th century,the concept of product life cycle has become the focus of the manufacturing industry.PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)combines e-commerce and collaboration technology to integrate product development processes with supply chain management(SCM),customer relationship management(CRM),and enterprise resource planning(ERP)systems to transform island-based management into integrated management,To achieve the full life cycle of the product all-digital management,shorten the product development cycle,improve business efficiency,reduce product costs,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,a well-known domestic new energy bus manufacturing Z enterprise as the research background,in the elaboration of PLM related theories and methods,based on the Z enterprise PLM application improvement research.A comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the application of enterprise PLM system,and pointed out that with the deepening of the application of PLM,the depth of application is currently in product adaptability problems exist,these problems relate to the process of product development,process design,BOM design etc..On this basis,the PLM application improvement program is proposed,including R&D management process improvement program and process management improvement program,etc.And proposed the enterprise PLM application improvement plan implementation related key point.The practice result shows that the scheme is feasible and effective,and achieves the expected goal.
