Design And Implementation Of Bridge Data Quality Assurance System

With the rapid development of highway construction in China,the government has invested more and more in traffic and transportation and other infrastructures.Currently,how to promote quick and effective highway construction with the quality of the project ensured is a difficult problem.In highway engineering construction,engineering quality is difficult to control and manage because of long construction period and many influencing factors.Moreover,engineering data tables and data relevant to highway construction are huge,and accordingly a lot of data are involved in quality management.The traditional manual method has been unable to meet the requirements of the rapid development of highway construction,and seriously restricted the efficiency of highway construction at present stage,leading to outmoded quality management and untimely making of various quality decisions.Today,with the rapid development of computer technology,computers have infiltrated into all aspects of life.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a set of software suitable for quality management in highway construction and promote the development of highway construction.Based on C#language,this system,adopting DevExpress control and using access database for data storage,mainly investigates unit bridge project in the quality control system for highway engineering,and realizes the management of engineering data of sub-projects including pile foundation,tie beam,capping beam,padding stone,box girder and bridge deck system engineering,so as to quickly form assessment statistics,relevant data sheets and statistical reports for quality assurance,and thereby establishing an effective system for quick data recorder and report generation,which improves the efficiency of data generation of data entry personnel,forms effective data for quality assurance,and provides a basis of quality decision-making for construction units.
