This paper briefly analyzes and describes the relevant theories and research status of performance appraisal and performance management at home and abroad.Since performance management theory and early practical experience mainly come from abroad,many enterprises in China have existed in the process of implementing performance appraisal management system.A series of problems such as insufficient understanding,lack of flexibility,and lack of innovation.Intelligent hardware enterprises belong to high-tech enterprises.Because their industries have developed rapidly and changed rapidly in recent years,many enterprises cannot keep up with their rhythm and speed of product and technology innovation in internal management,especially performance appraisal management.The misplacement is large.Company A is a small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise.Its main business is smart TV integrated solution.The business is quite vertical.The main market is overseas.There are almost no direct competitors in China.It is headquartered in Beijing and has branches abroad.It is also a global small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise.Whether enterprises can manage employees,motivate employees,mobilize their enthusiasm,and improve efficiency are the top priorities of enterprise management.However,in the current situation of Chinese enterprises,the development of performance management system has many problems for the employees of enterprises,which affects the development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in China.Therefore,this article takes Company A as an example to analyze the performance management problems existing in the management process and the impact on the employees of the company,trying to find out the existing problems,trying to find solutions,and conducting questionnaire surveys on employees.Literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,thus enhancing the strength of performance appraisal management.Through summarizing and analyzing,combining the advantages of employees,the goals of the company,fully mobilizing the initiative of employees,tapping their creativity,and truly making performance management play the most effective role.This is conducive to the efficient work and development of employees in a better environment,so that the organization can improve its competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy and rapid renewal,so as to achieve better development.
