Hisense Vision's Sound Financial Strategy And Implementation Effect Evaluation

Owing to the rapid development of China's manufacturing enterprises such as home appliance enterprises,many well-known household appliance brands.The development level of home appliance enterprises has become one of the key indicators to judge the living standards of people in a country.However,home appliance enterprises are suffering from a tough development environment.Not only the occupation of the domestic market by foreign household electrical appliance enterprises brings great pressure on the survival of domestic enterprises,but also the managements of Chinese enterprises are becoming difficult,and the lack of effective financial strategy makes the development level stagnant.According to the study of home appliance enterprises in China,a large number of enterprises fail to formulate and implement financial strategies in a reasonable and effective way,and enterprises are encountered with operational and financial risks due to excessive debt and blind investment.Therefore,the household appliance enterprises need to implement effective financial strategy.This thesis presented the researches at home and abroad.Based on the financial strategy matrix,Hisense Video Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Hisense Video)was selected as the research object to analyze the characteristics of its sound financial strategies from the perspective of financing strategy,investment strategy,operation strategy and distribution strategy.This paper constructs the evaluation system of the implementation effect,selects the important financial indicators to compare Hisense's vision with the enterprises in the industry,analyzes the solvency,profitability,operation and distribution capabilities,constructs the financial strategy matrix,and studies its sustainable development capabilities and value creation capabilities.Analyze and summarize the advantages and enlightenment of Hisense's sound financial strategy.This paper studies the implementation effect of Hisense's video sound financial strategy,finds that the sound financial strategy helps Hisense resist the development pressure,summarizes the feasibility of its successful implementation of financial strategy,and provides experience and enlightenment for home appliance enterprises.
