Research On Financial Strategy Evaluation Of Foton Based On Three-dimensional Matrix Model

Now with the rapid development of China's economy,the overall management level of enterprises in our country has been significantly improved.At the same time,the importance of enterprise strategy has become more and more prominent.There are many domestic and foreign scholars studying the financial strategy of enterprises.The conventional strategy matrix is only a two-dimensional plane based on the sustainable growth theory and the value creation theory,so as to analyze the financial strategy of enterprises.This method ignores the business risks faced by enterprises in the process of operation,which is often not suitable for the actual situation of enterprises.This paper focuses on the value creation dimension Three dimensional financial strategy matrix is constructed from three dimensions of degree,capital surplus and shortage,and operational risk.Taking Foton Motor,the leader of automobile manufacturing industry,as an example,its financial strategy from 2013 to 2018 is analyzed and its position in the three-dimensional financial strategy matrix is listed.Thus,the three-dimensional matrix model of financial strategy is confirmed in the financial management activities of enterprises It is an effective tool for financial strategic analysis.This paper first describes the current situation of Foton's financial strategy and the basic financial situation of Foton.Then,based on the sustainable growth theory,value creation theory and financial strategy matrix theory,it collects and calculates the relevant financial indicators of Foton from 2013 to 2018,and constructs the financial strategy of Foton by using the method of model construction and data selection Matrix.At the same time,the position of Foton in the strategic matrix is calculated and analyzed.It is found that Foton is in quadrant ?(1)and quadrant ?(1)in the three-dimensional financial strategic matrix from 2013 to 2018,which has been in the state of value impairment.This is a strong contrast with Foton's foreign expansion strategy in recent years,which is puzzling.Then,from the perspective of strategic matrix,the paper evaluates the financial strategy of Foton Motor,analyzes the causes of its position in the financial strategy matrix and the problems it presents in the strategic matrix,and finally,according to the problems reflected in the financial strategy matrix of Foton Motor,gives relevant improvement suggestions.This paper applies the three-dimensional financial strategy matrix,expands the relevant research on the application of financial strategy matrix,and improves the current evaluation system of financial strategy,further proves that the theory is feasible in practical operation,and has a certain practical significance for the research of enterprise financial strategy.
