At the dawn of the carbon-neutral era,wind power is presented with a historic opportunity for growth.However,becoming an industry leader in wind energy is no small feat,as it requires high investment volumes,long lead times,high costs,and a single source of financing.A wellcrafted financial strategy is an essential component of a company’s overall strategy,as it enables effective resource utilization and provides robust financial support for strategy implementation.Therefore,developing a financial strategy that aligns with industry development is crucial for wind power companies to achieve sustainable and sound growth,and ultimately create value.This thesis focuses on Titan Wind Energy,a leading wind energy company,and examines its financial strategy using relevant concepts and theories such as the financial strategy matrix.The thesis provides an overview of the company’s development and analyses the company’s financial strategy environment,financial situation and current financial strategy.Subsequently,a financial strategy matrix is constructed based on theories of corporate value creation and sustainable growth to examine the company’s financial strategy in four areas: investment,financing,operations,and revenue allocation.The findings reveal an unreasonable investment structure and low investment efficiency,excessive reliance on debt financing resulting in high finance costs,slow operating asset turnover and asset management deficiencies,and a rigid dividend payment method.The thesis proposes recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the company’s current financial strategy,including optimizing investment plans,broadening financing channels,improving working capital utilization,diversifying dividend payment options,and supporting distribution diversification.This thesis aims to provide a detailed examination of Titan Wind Energy ’s financial strategy,construct and apply a financial strategy matrix,and offer corresponding optimization recommendations.The results will serve as a reference for the company’s management and stakeholders in the formulation of the company’s financial strategy,while also providing guidance for other companies in the wind power industry in the formulation and optimization of their financial strategies.
