Objective: In this study,the mice model of primary liver cancer was prepared by diethylnitrosamine(DEN),and then observe the effect of scarring moxibustion Ganshu-point(BL18)and Zusanli-point(ST36)in primary liver cancer rats to explore the possible mechanism of the therapeutic effect of scarring moxibustion on primary liver cancer.Materials and Methods: Sixty healthy Wistar mice of male which weighing were approximately 180 g ± 20 g.Then divided them into control group,model group,doxorubicin group,Zusanli(ST36)group and Gansh-point(BL18)group.Diethylnitrosamine(50mg / kg)was given intraperitoneally to the model group,adriamycin group,Zusanli(ST36)group and Gansh-point(BL18)group,twice a week in the first four weeks,from the fifth to the tenth week,once a week;The control group rats were given the same dose of saline by intraperitoneal injection.After that,Adriamycin group was given intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin(2 mg / kg),from week 15 to week 16,twice a week;The Gansh-point(BL18)group and Zusanli-point(ST36)group were treated with scar moxibustion at their respective points,and the moxa was made of wheat moxa cone(0.5 mg / tonic),and the bilateral points were moxibustion at the same time,so that every tonic moxa cone made it burn out,12 tonic /acupoint.The expression of wnt3 a and Wnt10 b in Wnt/?-catenin signal transduction pathway in primary liver cancer rats was detected by RT-PCR.Result:1.Compared with the blank group,the expression of Wnt3 a and Wnt10 b in the doxorubicin group,the model group,the Ganshu group and the Zusanli group was significantly increased(P<0.01).2.Compared with the model group,the expression of Wnt3 a and Wnt10 b in the doxorubicin group,Ganshu group and Zusanli group was relatively decreased(P<0.01).3.Compared with adriamycin group,the expression of Wnt3 a and Wnt10 b in Ganshu group and Zusanli group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).4.Compared with Ganshu group,the expression of Wnt3 a and Wnt10 b was up-regulated in Zusanli group(P<0.05)5.Observed by microscopy,the morphology of hepatocytes in the blank group was normal;in the model group,the hepatocytes of the rats were vacuolization,the nucleus was polymorphous,the hepatic cells were diversified,forming tumor foci;the hepatocytes of the adriamycin group showed hyperplasia,there were Vacuole-like changes,disordered cell arrangement,fibroblast-like changes in liver cells,partial ovoid cells became square,cell morphology changed;fibroblast-like changes in rat hepatocytes in the Zusanli Formation,polymorphism of nuclei;The rats showed hepatocyte vacuolar-like changes in the group.The nucleus was polymorphous and showed some fibrosis,but it was lighter than the Zusanli group.Conclusion:1.Scalp moxibustion at points such as Gansh-point(BL18)and Zusanli-point(ST36)can reduce the expression of Wnt3 a and Wnt10 b,and it can also effectively improve the changes of morphology and structure of hepatocytes.It has a certain therapeutic effect on primary liver cancer rats.2.After the successful establishment of hepatocellular carcinoma in rats,the expression of Wnt3 a and Wnt10 b will show an increased status.Both the hepatic acupoint moxibustion at Gansh-point(BL18)and Zusanli-point(ST36)can reduce the increase,but the Gansh-point(BL18)group has a greater decrease.Shows that the curative effect of scar moxibustion at the effect of Gansh-point(BL18)is obvious than Zusanli-point(ST36).
