| With the rise of positive psychology,people began to pay attention to the discussion of mental health indicators.Subjective well-being is a comprehensive evaluation of life satisfaction and individual emotional state.It is an important comprehensive psychological index to measure the quality of personal life,and it is the ultimate indicator of mental health.According to Greenspoon,mental illness and subjective well-being are two important indicators of mental health,which depict mental health status from negative to positive.At present,the research on subjective well-being has become an important field in psychological research.Personality factors and social adaptation are two very important factors related to subjective well-being.Type A personalities,as A kind of specific patterns of behavior,the time urgency,wanted to do A few things and do things at the same time characteristics such as fast and involves attitude toward time and time management behavior,will affect individual time management tendency.Social adaptability as a kind of psychological adaptability,it is the individual with the social environment,interaction and communication groups formed in the process of psychological ability,this kind of mental ability allows individuals to actively adapt to the surrounding environment,thus reach equilibrium state.This study used questionnaire survey method,using the General Well-being Scale,Type A Behavior Pattern Scale and the Social Adaptability Scale,with a secondary vocational school of 500 students in Dalian as the subjects,explore the secondary vocational students on General Well-being,Type A Behavior Pattern,Social Adaptability and the relationship between them.The main results are as follows:(1)The subjective well-being of girls was higher than that of male students(t=-2.05,p< 0.05),and there was no significant difference in type A behavior type and social adaptability.(2)The subjective well-being of students aged 16-18 is higher than that of 14 to 16 years and above 18 years old(F=3.94,p< 0.01).The score and total score of each component of the type A behavior scale of 14-18 years old were higher than those above 18 years old(F=-6.52,p< 0.001).In terms of social adaptability,students aged 18 and above scored higher in social adjustment than those aged 14-16 and 16-18(F=4.67,p< 0.05).(3)The subjective well-being scores of first-year students were higher than those of grade 2 and grade 3(F=-3.64,p< 0.05).The type A behavior was also higher than the senior(F=-3.09,p< 0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in subjective well-being and social adaptability among vocational students in different families.However,the totals.(5)Overall happiness score was negatively correlated with the total average score of type A behavior personality(r=-0.23,p<0.01).core of A type A behavior scale was significantly higher than that in other regions(F=-5.05,p< 0.001).The total equipartition of social adaptation was positively correlated(r=0.29,p<0.01).(6)Regression analysis shows that type A behavior can negatively predict subjective well-being and social adaptability can positively predict subjective well-being.Conclusion :(1)The students’ subjective well-being and social adaptability are at a low level.(2)The higher the score of type A behavior,the lower the individual subjective happiness;The higher the social adaptability score,the higher the individual subjective well-being.(3)There is A close relationship between the subjective well-being of the secondary vocational students,type A behavior and social adaptability.Type A behavior type and social adaptability have high predictive effect on subjective well-being. |
