Homework is closely related to teaching and curriculum,and is a key area in curriculum reform.The effect of homework has great influence on the teaching effect and even the effect of curriculum reform.Therefore,the research on homework is of great significance.The compulsory education stage English course to cultivate students' comprehensive language using ability,improve students' comprehensive cultural literacy important tasks,effective classroom teaching and good operation effect is the important guarantee to realize the task.However,the research found that the design of primary school English homework is not optimistic.In order to stimulate and maintain students' interest in learning and promote the development of students' learning ability,primary school English homework needs to be designed effectively.First of all,based on the research of domestic and foreign researchers about the homework experience and research results of analysis and thinking,this article established the primary school English homework design effective judgment standard,and put forward the following hypothesis: first,the current primary school English homework design present situation is not optimistic,in such aspects as the differences of operation content,operation there is insufficient,can't meet the needs of different levels of students;Second,most of the job design is from teachers' perspective,fresh from the perspective of students know homework,think less homework each factor is in line with the students psychological needs and focus on the students' homework,this homework design may be inefficient or even invalid.Secondly,around the research hypothesis,design and compile the questionnaire and interview outline about the current situation of English homework in primary school,through the investigation and the text analysis,understand the current status of elementary school English homework design,found the problems existing in the primary school English homework design.Then,through to the elementary school English homework problems existed in the design of attribution analysis found that there are some limitations in teachers' understanding of homework function,the teachers lack of system of homework design consciousness and design ability,teachers ignore the differences between students and their homework psychology are the main reason for the influence on the effectiveness of primary school English homework design.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the effective design of primary school English homework: teachers should change their ideas of homework and fully understand the function of homework.To improve the design capability,the scientific design task target and the work content are the important guarantee to achieve good work effect.From the perspective of students,understand students' psychological needs and the students' homework,according to the students' ability level design for students' to choose the layered homework,as far as possible to satisfy all the needs of the students is the key to the elementary school English homework design effectively.
