Mr.Chen Heqin is a well-known child educator,child psychologist and education revolutionist in China and is regarded as a saint of children's education.He devoted his whole life to Chinese children's education researching and practicing,and based on his profound child education practice,he created the "living education" theory.In his "living education" theory,the ideas of children's music education and the concept of kindergarten teacher education brought great inspiration to the dance teaching innovation of contemporary kindergarten teachers.The "living education" theory was born in the period of the war against Japan,although there are certain historical limitations,the theory is in line with the concept of education of preschool teachers,and still has important guiding significance and reference value for the education reform of preschool teachers.By investigating and analyzing the current status of dance teaching in preschool teachers,this paper tries to study the enlightenment of the “living education” theory on curriculum management,implementation methods,reform and innovation,and personnel training of preschool teachers' dance education.This study is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter,the background,theoretical basis,theoretical connotation and the historical development of "living education" are introduced.Besides,the theoretical connotation of "living education" theory was discussed from teleology,curriculum theory,and methodology three aspects.Chapter two mainly focuses on how we apply the "living education" theory to the kindergarten dance teaching and kindergarten teacher school education.This chapter is divided into two parts.The first part deals with how Chen Heqin prepares music lessons and implements rhythm in the kindergarten under the guidance of "living education." The second part is how Chen Heqin uses the "living education" as a guide in the kindergarten teacher's professional curriculum setting and how to implement the kindergarten teacher's teaching.In chapter three,the author takes the dance teacher and student of the professional kindergarten teaching as the main research object,using the interview and the questionnaire survey methods,makes specific investigations on the current situation of professional dance teaching for kindergarten teachers.Following problems were found in today's kindergarten teachers' dance teaching: first,the students' learning objectives are not clear,and the dance basics are weak;second,the teaching methods are single,lacking of innovation in the dance teaching;third,the teaching objectives of dance teachers are not clear,and the content of lectures lacks professional characteristics;fourth,the assessment mechanism of dance teaching is not perfect.It emphasizes summative evaluation and lacks the developmental and motivating concept of modern education evaluation.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of modern preschool teachers dance teaching status,taking Chen Heqin's education theory as guidance,the enlightenment of "living education" to the contemporary preschool teachers dance teaching was analyzed.Three major parts were discussed in this chapter: improving the professional quality of kindergarten teacher's dance teaching,the contents of dance teaching innovation,and how inspires the students' motivation of dance learning.In the first part,this article discusses concretely from the aspects of enriching teachers' teaching theory of early childhood dance education,promoting teachers' professional emotions and professional beliefs.The second part elaborates the innovation of teaching content from the emphasis on the cultivation of students' overall dance quality and the “whole teaching method”.The third part discusses in detail the teaching methods of innovative dance,rich extra-curricular activities,and perfect teaching evaluation.It discusses in detail the enlightenment of the "living education" theory on the dance teaching of contemporary kindergarten teachers in stimulating students' enthusiasm for learning.
